Gandrud Dodge Chrysler Jeep

Usually I love how they handle everything including service and sales, however my last experience here was not a good one. I had to wait over 2 weeks to get my vehicle even in to be looked at and I was service and sales, however my last experience here was not a good one. I had to wait over 2 weeks to get my vehicle even in to be looked at and I was unable to drive it while I waited. I had to towed to Gandrud for them to look at possibly sooner if they had time, which they did do the diagnostic on it prior to my appointment. However when it came to the actually day of my appointment they never knew about it, so I had to wait a day longer to get my vehicle back & they didn’t even look/fix everything I asked them too. Blaming in on a service rep leaving & a scheduling error. Either way I was very disappointed with this because now I have to wait even longer to get it looked at again and who knows how long I’ll be without a vehicle again once they do look at it. More

They always go above and beyond with service, even after the sale. They are adept at using your warranty when needed, helping with recall items when they come up and, the simple things like fresh coffee and the sale.
