My 2017 Chevy volt was initially to be done Feb 17th. I called and tried to talk to Julie on Monday the 20th. I was told she was on the phone with someone else and then she would call me back. So, then I called in the afternoon calling for Julie and she got on the phone and said she called and left a voicemail for me before she went to lunch. I said I didn't receive that call. She says well I'm sorry your phone's not working. She said then said she called Friday and left a voicemail. I said I did not receive that. She said again I'm sorry your phone wasn't working. I was not at all happy with Julie's response. I doubt I will be using Gandrud collision for any repairs in the future because of my experience with Julie and the lack of detail for the collision center repair. After a few days picking up my car from the collision center, something didn't seem right with the left front tire. It didn't look perpendicular to the ground. I also noticed that my infotainment center screen protector was damaged and scratched. Had to have happened when the windshield was broken then replaced during the repairs by the collision center. Because it was not damaged before they worked on my car as I just installed the screen protector. I wasn't happy they didn't mention the damage and didn't tell me about it. I made an appointment with Ryan from service on March 20th to get it looked at. The camber was off from a bent strut. It was not corrected during the first alignment check, he did not know why. Thursday March 23rd Ryan was able to get me in and swap out the strut. The alignment still came that the camber was still off a little bit. Ryan had to order more parts. Now that the left strut has been replaced, I hear a humming noise in the left front of the car which used to be silent. Ryan had his mechanic take my car for a drive and the mechanic also noticed the sound. They replaced the steering knuckle and another part and would see how that affected the noise. Julie had to file two supplemental claims to my insurance company for the additional parts and service after repairs were supposedly completed. Finally, my car has been taken care of and it's no longer making noise and it's properly aligned. I don't understand why the replacement hub wasn't charged to the collision damage repair. Instead, it was charged to my extended warranty. What would have happened if I didn't have an extended warranty? The hub should have been replaced as well as the strut, steering knuckle, and whatever other part that was replaced the first time while the collision center had my car. It took me an additional three appointments, hours of waiting in the waiting room to finally have it straightened out and working as it used to. I was disappointed how the collision center handled everything. And I'm still left with a damaged infotainment screensaver. I just hope the frame of the infotainment center isn't scratched. Ryan had a great attitude and finally got my car back in operating condition. The replaced new left front tire has some feathering because of the alignment issue. Hopefully that won't decrease the tire mileage very much. The last visit because the left front was still making noise Ryan from service replaced the left front wheel hub as it was the last piece of the suspension. Fortunately, Ryan said they had it in stock and he was going to get it installed. I was happy I didn't need to come back another time for the part to come in. I asked why the alignment problem wasn’t caught before and he didn’t know why it wasn’t. Thank you, Ryan. I'm glad to put this bad experience of the collision center behind me. Service manager Bria White texted me from the collision center if I wasn’t completely satisfied with my recent visit on March 15th. I texted her back the same day with what happened and never heard back from her not that she would be able to do anything after the fact. The collision center lacks attention to detail. More

Terrible experience with Gandrud Chevrolet. I purchased a use vehicle from them in 2019 not even 2 years later the vehicle needs new engine.My 2011 equinox is under the oil consumption issue GM I purchased a use vehicle from them in 2019 not even 2 years later the vehicle needs new engine.My 2011 equinox is under the oil consumption issue GM has. General motors extended the warranty to 7 year or 120000 miles to cover GM bad piston issue. Problem is I purchased it at the eight year mark with 62,000 miles I put on 20,000 miles and now I’m in need of new engine. Contacted Gandrud Chevrolet and GM directly they’re only willing to help with 10% of an $8000 cost. Gandrud Chevrolet and all Chevy dealerships were very aware of this oil consumption issue. Was never informed when I purchased the vehicle. Gandrud you lost a customer in me and many others due to unscrupulous practices. More

Very disappointed, called the day after I bought my car & told them about the paint chips all over (32 to be exact). Salesman said those weren't there when we walked around the car yesterday. Needless to say I did not take the car back to them. I paid the bill for the car to be fixed, $300 for it to be detailed which should have been done before the sale of the car. Never heard from the dealership since I left. Would not recommend!! More

Horrible experience. Went to trade in a car on a used minivan. They said, we'll check a couple of lenders to find you a good deal. They sent our info to 13 lenders in one day. 13 hard pulls on our credit minivan. They said, we'll check a couple of lenders to find you a good deal. When we complained, "you must have gone to another dealership." No just you. Never again. More

Bought a 2015 Subaru from their used car lot. Originally I thought we got a fair deal, salesman was nice, car seemed great. Well life changed and I needed to trade it in and much to my surprise the car had been in accident. No one ever mentioned this at the time of purchase. I paid good money for a car with low miles only to find out a year later it had been damaged on 3 sides and the resale value was junk. A Subaru with crappy resale, that's unheard of. So thanks Gandrud for sticking it to me, I love over paying for stuff and being lied to. More
