Our service advisor has remained the same for two years and whenever we need assistance we call him and her responds within the hour on weekdays (and occasionally on weekends). We will probably buy another Lincoln (the car competes with all luxury brands) because of the service we get at Galpin , even though we don't live particularly close to the dearlership. More

Lost my vehicle for a week I leased a loaded Lincoln MKX at Galpin. A few weeks later, I had some minor problems and asked them to take a look. Service kept my vehicle for EIGH I leased a loaded Lincoln MKX at Galpin. A few weeks later, I had some minor problems and asked them to take a look. Service kept my vehicle for EIGHT DAYS. I sent multiple texts, called, etc asking for its return. Finally, then admitted that they'd had a problem with the service adviser who was "no longer with the company" and had mothballed my car for that period without doing any work on it. They eventually returned the car, with no work done. So, thanks to their personnel issues, I paid the lease fee on a vehicle for eight days while they kept the car locked up in their shop. Do you seriously want to trust your car to these guys? I sure as heck won't be doing business there again. More

Earlier this year I purchased my first car from Todd Kessler at Galpin Volvo - I'm still loving it! Its an excellent car that brings a little joy to my daily commute. I bring my car in for regular service, both Todd and Jack Semerdzhyan in the service department always greet me with smiling faces. It really makes my visits feel like a treat instead of a chore. I'd definitely recommend anyone to go and visit Galpin! More

I have purchased a 1984 fully equipped Van, Ford, Mazda, Volvo, and the last few auto I have Purchased and leased automobiles from Galpin since 1984. I have purchased a 1984 fully equipped Van, Ford, Mazda, Volvo, and the last few automobiles have been Lincolns. In all the years dealing with them for a car, having a car serviced, I have never experienced anything other then the utmost respect and concern for my issue by every employee of the dealership. Regardless of my need regarding Sales, Service, Customer Service or just calling for information I have never been disappointed with the end result. Simply, I have alway felt that I was given a good deal, fairly charged for services, and was very grateful for their opinion. When we bought our car David Rogers was our sales person. He was very patient and well informed about the vehicles we were looking to buy. David walked us through the entire sales process and made everything so pleasant and easy for us. I highly recommend him in sales. The service department from the initial call for an appointment to checking the car in to picking the car up when done is the best experience that I've had anywhere. The service writers and mechanics do an excellent job of maintaining and repairing my vehicle. When I drive it I have the utmost confidence in my vehicle. On my last visit Jimmy Bentley was the man who retrieved my car for me. He is very outgoing and pleasant and is willing to do what ever it takes to make Galpin's customers happy and driving away with a smile.
