I took my car in for the first time to get my car service to put the CILAJET to be performed on my 2014 Honda Accord Sedan Ex-L Navi . Francisco gave me excellent service. He was very nice and friendly. I had a very good experience with the service dept. I want to thank everyone that works in the service dept. Galpin Lost my floor mat won't replace it unless I pay h WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT GO TO GALPIN!!!! I took my accord for a oil change 2 weeks ago I had called before going and they said they can take c WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT GO TO GALPIN!!!! I took my accord for a oil change 2 weeks ago I had called before going and they said they can take care of me if I arrive before 5pm. I showed up at 4:40pm and waited 20min for them to tell me that they can't take care of me and to come back. The manager Mr. Haul called me and gave me a exterior detail which was great but when they vacuumed my car they forgot to put back my front floor mat and they can't find it so I'm missing a floor mat because of them so you would think that they would replace it right? NO they have not replaced it they actually want me to pay half for new floor mats. Why should I pay ($50) for the mistake they made! I can't believe this dealer treats there customers this way! When you take your car for service you expect it to come back in the same condition NOT missing floor mats and expecting you to pay half is disgusting as a customer because without customers they wouldn't be in business. This dealer is ridiculous I highly recommend you go to another dealer where they won't turn you away or misplace your floor mats and blame you for there mistake. More

We purchased our used 2007 Volvo XC90 from Galpin Honda on May 23, 2011 and with an agreement to fix certain things with the vehicle to be taken back to get services. We had our appointment to get the car service on June 6, 2011, which we dropped, off the night before on June 5, 2011 with service technician Mike James. On our invoice #238222 it indicates that our Mileage in: 99976, which was correct but the Mileage out: 99977 which we are outraged about and want an explanation to the mileage accrued on our vehicle when the Mileage when we picked up the vehicle was 100061 and the job on the vehicle was not finished Galpin Honda had our vehicle for 3 days and the jobs was really sloppy the headliner and steam clean was poorly done that the headliner is dirtier than when we dropped it off and the car was not re-detailed at all car came back dirty there was still dirt on the car of our floor and the tape to “try” to fix wind noise was still there and warning light is still on for bulb position failure came back on after 1 day so problem never solved. They told us to come back. We are so outrage at the customer service that Galpin Honda has shown. We tried to contact the manager with the service dept. but like poor customer service he did not call back. We will not bring our vehicle back to Galpin Honda and the things as agreed in the vehicle purchase agreement not completed. More

The entire sale process was very pleasant. Galpin was so great to me and my husband. Not to mention I received and great appraisal for my 2006 Hyundai Elantra and I was able to put that appraisal amount towards my BRAND NEW 2012 HONDA CIVIC. Overall I am very happy and EXCITED with what I have. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to buy a car here at Galpin Honda! More

I spoke to D.J. in the Service Department and got attitude out of him, I told him someone had said to see him to have my weather stripping looked at on my 2010 Honda Civic as it was coming off on the attitude out of him, I told him someone had said to see him to have my weather stripping looked at on my 2010 Honda Civic as it was coming off on the drivers door. He said who did you talk too, I told him, I did not remember, all he had to do was look up my name on the computer to see I had a four o'clock appointment. The bottom line besides his attitude was, I was there for over a hour and they did not fix the problem. I have to go back as they had to special order the weather stripping, what a hassle and disappointment. I have had several problems with the car and it is my first new car. I will not buy another Honda, I will be looking at Kia's as they have come a long way in quality. More
