Help with my new car I had several questions about my new Honda Pilot. Chaudry was my salesman so I went back to the Honda dealer just now. Chaudry spent over an hour w I had several questions about my new Honda Pilot. Chaudry was my salesman so I went back to the Honda dealer just now. Chaudry spent over an hour with me going over all my questions and the ones he couldn't answer he went and got technicians right away. I had ZERO wait time!!!!! I had several questions on the audio DVD and GPS section. This really nice man named Dennis spent 20 minutes with me and figured out all of the rest of my questions. Again another great experience at this Galpin Honda!!! More

Will definitely be a memorable one for me! Having to commute for 45 minutes for my service, was the least of my concern! Being phoneless was at that time! Nonetheless no compliants for it because I got the car i went in search for two weeks ago. Galpin Honda also made sure to fill up my tank! You know what ?.He came from work. took me to the dealership, offered me coffee. Was looking over the paperwork and noticed my shock absorber was leaking, when I called to explain that I have 100,000 mile warranty and this should be covered, I was told that no it's liked brake pads and normal wear and tear it would be $150 for each one plus the service to install, didn't take this person's name but I wasn't going for that and called HONDA CARE ,and like I KNEW, it was 100 % covered, HONDA CARE. told me to have GALPIN CALL THEM WHEN I CALLED BACK AND WAS FINNALY ABLE TO SPEAK TO MY SERVICE GUY FRANCISCO, COME TO FIND OUT HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THST I spoke to that KNEW.anything , he already looked into it and ordered the parts thank you Francisco for being the only one out of 3 I spoke to that KNEW what he was doing BUT, why was everyone else's so clueless and going from one to the other, kept me on hold for at least 45 min for something so simple AGAIN THANKS FRANCISCO, I will look for your call when parts come in More

I BOUGHT A PREVIOUSLY OWNED VEHICLE BACK IN FEBRUARY AND FROM MY EXPERIENCE THIS DEALERSHIP ONLY CARES ABOUT GETTING A SALE OUT OF THE CUSTOMERS! I BOUGHT A PREVIOUSLY OWNED VEHICLE BACK IN FEBRUARY AND WITH THE HELP OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING BUT HEADACHES, LIES, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGEMENT TEAM AND THE SERVICE ADVISORS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AFTER THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH OVER THE PAST SIX MONTHS! PHIL THE SALES MANAGER HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! THE SERVICE DEPATMENT IS DISMAL AT BEST! THEY WORK ON THEIR OWN TIMELINE AND HAVE NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR TIME. ANGELA MANCINI IS THE WORST AND THE MANAGER GARY TRIES BUT FAILS AT HIS ATTEMPS TO SATISFY CUSTOMERS WITH HIS MINUTE CHARMS. OVERALL I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY. WHEN I THINK OF THE GALPIN FRANCHISE THE ONLY THING THAT COMES TO MIND NOW AND PROBABLY FOREVER IS THIS WAS THE WORST CARBUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THIS DEALERSHIP SUCKS AND THEY WILL NEVER BE # 1 I RECOMMEND NORM REEVES IN CERRITOS, THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE AND GALPIN BARELY TAKES A STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION! More
