Amanda at Galpin Honda was the best!!!! I had the pleasure of working with Amanda Uncapher-Tarter at Galpin Honda when we needed to lease a car for our son to take to college. Amanda listen I had the pleasure of working with Amanda Uncapher-Tarter at Galpin Honda when we needed to lease a car for our son to take to college. Amanda listened to our needs and found the perfect car for him that fit right into our budget, a Honda Civic. She negotiated a great deal for us, and because of that, we drove all the way from San Diego to buy the car from her. There was never any pressure, which we really appreciated. She now she has clients for life. Thanks Amanda for making the car buying experience so much better than we had anticipated. More

Bad experience at service center I rate than so low because all my experience at Galpin honda service center is being the worst I feel discriminate at that place every time I bring my I rate than so low because all my experience at Galpin honda service center is being the worst I feel discriminate at that place every time I bring myself cars with appointment it takes more than 3 hours when regular time is 90 minutes with appointment so for they are worst More

Great customer service!!!!!!!!!!! They have gone out of their way to be helpful to me. My car was recalled and I just broke my ankle. They came to my house and delivered a loaner car They have gone out of their way to be helpful to me. My car was recalled and I just broke my ankle. They came to my house and delivered a loaner car and when my car was repaired, they picked up the loaner and delivered my car (washed as well!!). Luis Urrutia drove my car both ways. He went out of his way to help me by unloading my car and carrying my stuff to the loaner. I can't thank Galpin enough!!! More

Visit Armen! I recently went to drop off my vehicle for an oil change and Armen was there to help me out. Within two hours he called to tell me my vehicle was read I recently went to drop off my vehicle for an oil change and Armen was there to help me out. Within two hours he called to tell me my vehicle was ready and informed of what was done to my vehicle and what should be done at my next service appointment. Next time I will be sure to ask for Armen again. More
