Sold with a one year warranty and told no accidents. When we took it to another Honda dealership 11 months after purchase for a check up we were told the warranty was void because it looked like it had When we took it to another Honda dealership 11 months after purchase for a check up we were told the warranty was void because it looked like it had been in an accident and the replace parts were not Honda’s. David solution was to sell us another car at a higher price. His service department did not fix the problems with our car. They also did not mention it had non Honda parts and had been in an accident. More

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from this dealership, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. Micheal and Stephen went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect vehicle to meet my needs. This has probably been my 3rd time working with Mr. Fogelman, and I’m astonished and reminded every time of exactly why I keep returning; I am always truly impressed with his professionalism, transparency, and dedication to helping to the best of his ability. First time working with Stephen, but I can tell he’s possesses the same traits that make an excellent salesman/representative. Stephen took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a car and showed me several options that fit my criteria. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different makes and models and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. Once I had selected a car, Micheal and Anthony guided me through the purchasing process with ease. Both realistic and straightforward about pricing/financing options, making sure that I understood every step of the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made me feel confident in my decision. What’s more; They even coordinated a last minute plan to deliver my vehicle to my house that night, as I realized that I had been borrowing a relatives car and drove out without someone to take said car home. Dealerships have always been a place that most dread; conjuring up thoughts of uneasy, high pressure talks with pushy, phony salesmen. But here, has yet to be the case. In all my dealings with many team members, everyone urges you to take your time and really feel comfortable and confident with your choices, or suggest other routes to find you exactly what you want. I understand that it’s kinda in the clause of a representatives job to be personable, but there’s always that hint of insincerity that leads to consistently feeling like you’re being ripped off In someway or another. Again, I can say without a doubt, you won’t find that here, as you can sense the non-competitive, tight knit closeness of the entire team as if they’re family… Family, that’s willing to take you in and treat you as one of their own. Overall, I yet again, couldn't be happier with my experience at this dealership. Micheal, Stephen and Anthony truly provided exceptional service that outclassed & transcended what many think of as the typical car buying experience.
