Jim & Patrick helped us through the process of trading our old car and purchasing new car smoothly. They weren't pushy like most salesperson. When it come to purchasing,I always contact Darin Arnaud,the best salesrep. a person could ask for!Darin is more than a salesman,he's a friend! When I bring my vehicles to Galpin for service,Steve Walker is the service writer who handles all my auto's service maintenance requirements!When it's time for car to be picked up"Ms. Cotton Taylor Alexander is the nice lady who handles all the paperwork!!!All 3 of these people(as all the folks at galpin) are very courteous,friendly & the best "they know their jobs"(professional)When I've purchased a vehicle,Darin always calls to check on everything,to make sure I'm happy with the new purchase!!Steve always contacts me, keeps me posted on the service procedures and when my car is ready!!The ladies in cutomer service are always polite & considerate,for example if its chilly out,they offer a warm beverage,if its warm out,they offer a cool softdrink or water!!!Very nice folks over there at Galpin,sure nothing is always perfect,but if theres any questions or concerns,they'll take care of it in professional manner!!!Good job folks,see ya next service or purchase!!! Do Not use Galpins Service Center. I went here, spent over 1000.00 then less than 2 weeks later my truck started having the same issue as before. I took it to another Ford dealer which told me the work t over 1000.00 then less than 2 weeks later my truck started having the same issue as before. I tried to contact Galpin Service Center and they were totally unwilling to work with me.... I had bought 3 trucks previously from Galpin but now, I will NEVER go back More
I brought my 1996 Ford F-250(Mitzy)to Galpin Ford Service Dept. in 2007 to have her completely rebuilt from the tires up, including body work, drive train, suspension, interior and exterior, etc. They did a Dept. in 2007 to have her completely rebuilt from the tires up, including body work, drive train, suspension, interior and exterior, etc. They did a fabulous job of restoring and customizing my truck. She looks and runs better than new! John Fidelibus was my service advisor from the beginning and together with his team (especially Mel Summers, Jr.) and my vision of a mostly original but girly customization, this truck turned out awsome! I can't say enough wonderful things about John as he truly gives his customers the best service and advice you can get! It is now June, 2012 and other than normal services performed for maintenance, the last five years have been trouble free and my truck still runs better than ever! She's still as pretty as ever, too! Sadly, I am relocating out of state and the biggest worry I have is being able to find and count on any dealership or automotive service than equals Galpin Ford and John Fidelibus! I pride myself on being a good customer. I understand when things happen and all. But … I made an appointment at 8am on Friday morning. I dropped off my truck. Then after 8 hours I called and they told when things happen and all. But … I made an appointment at 8am on Friday morning. I dropped off my truck. Then after 8 hours I called and they told me that they haven’t worked on my truck and that they would not be able to look at it until Monday! The reason… and I quote “Because the people who waited at the dealer get pushed to the front of the line”. I then said but I called and made an appointment! It was very bad customer service and I will never go to this dealer again for anything. More
