Fantastic, Easy, Transparent Car buying process, Galles Chevrolet made my experience very pleasurable and made sure to reach past my expectations. My sales person Triston, is/was the most knowledgeable and Chevrolet made my experience very pleasurable and made sure to reach past my expectations. My sales person Triston, is/was the most knowledgeable and helpful sales rep i’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. Not only have i purchased plenty of vehicles my life, but i’ve never met an individual who not only respects you but also make your experience fun! Triston was extremely quick to make sure that i knew EVERYTHING about my vehicle purchase, He showed me all of the information regarding the vehicles specs, and took it to the point to crawl inside the vehicles tailgate to see if i had enough room! I got the pleasure to be treated with such great service, Immediately as Triston and i sat down to discuss my new vehicles terms, he introduced me to the Manager that helped me get my vehicle of my dream! Matt McCarty, he made sure i was taken care of by greeting me with a bright smile and offered me many options of what would be most affordable and beneficial for me on behalf of my new vehicle. if i could i would purchase a car everyday! This was the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL service I have ever experienced in this industry! The rude and discourteous girls that answer the phone need more training especially with discriminatory and ethical beh experienced in this industry! I was told, 'of course you have to pay, what don't you seem to understand!'. I was trying to get to correct amount to pay. My mother of Mexican descent also called here to help with 1200 maintenance bill but was also treated very unfairly and was not able to. If you want a valued reputation I strongly suggest you re-train such unintelligent and unrefined help who are the face of your company! I have told everyone about this experience! More

I went to this dealership because leading the service website was advertised: New Express Service starting at $59.95 in 45 minutes or less. Includes oil & filter change, tire rotation, multi-point inspe website was advertised: New Express Service starting at $59.95 in 45 minutes or less. Includes oil & filter change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection and complimentary car wash. I pulled in and asked for the express service. I was asked if I would wait at the dealership. Over two hours later my car was ready and I was told that there was no longer any express service. I shouldn’t be upset. The charge would be $100+. They finally honored the advertised price. They said if I wanted the car wash I’d have to wait another 15 minutes. I didn’t want to stay any longer and left without the car wash. More

I went there today, Friday, 9/30/22, to purchase a Mazda CX-5. They had it listed at a “great” price. My trade in, a Clean Honda Accord 2017 was appraised at Lexus of Albuqurque and Car Max at $15,000. Gall CX-5. They had it listed at a “great” price. My trade in, a Clean Honda Accord 2017 was appraised at Lexus of Albuqurque and Car Max at $15,000. Galles offered me $10,000. The “great” price on the Mazda at closing suddenly included a $3,000 charge for a “SWAT” anti-theft device that the salesmen an manager insisted was a mandatory item in all of their cars. They said it was because of the auto theft problem in Albuqurque. WHAT!!!. I said I didn’t want it but I was told I had no choice. This is utter xxxxxxxxx. My research showed it should always be an option and is by no means “mandatory”. Other dealerships were using the same scam but charging $700.00 for the same item that Galles priced at $3,000.00. A further charge was added, $1000.00 for dealer prep. This used car was filthy, it looked like it was just taken in on trade. What prep? This dealership, Galles Chevrolet on University, is based on greed and takes advantage of the trusting nature of its customers, more lie it’s victims. Avoid this place. There are still honest car salesmen in Albuqurque but none at Galles Chevrolet. More
