Cody Haynes in the Service department was great to work with on a transfer case warranty replacement for my Colorado. I came in on a busy Tuesday morning to drop off my truck, Cody was clearly busy working with on a transfer case warranty replacement for my Colorado. I came in on a busy Tuesday morning to drop off my truck, Cody was clearly busy working multiple service requests at once, but right away asked what he could help with. Pulled my truck in and took my info. Few days later Cody called to let me know that his Transmission Technician took apart the Transfer case and informed me it was not serviceable. Stated they were replacing the entire transfer case, I was assuming it would be a few weeks wait time for the parts alone, but in 1.5 weeks Cody and his team got my Colorado operational again. Cody was extremely reliable to communicate everything to me, and fixed this issue under the initial timeframe he stated. Excellent customer service at Galles Service Department. More
