I've gone to Galles twice in the last few years, and purchased 2 vehicles. For both sales Zack (the car salesman) helped me in finding the right vehicle, and educated me on everything about the vehicle. purchased 2 vehicles. I am an individual that is very cautious especially making large purchases. I also have a lot of questions. Zack really spent the time with me, to get to know me, answered all my questions in detail, and ultimately made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase! It didn't just stop there! Zack followed up with me by calling me a week later to see how I was doing, and asked how everything was going with the car. That is superb customer service to me! I am now forever a lifelong Galles Chevrolet customer thanks to Zack and management! More
