Very bad service, walked in there and not one sales person was interested in helping us. We walked around very interested in a chevy traverse, we were there for more than a half hour and not person eve person was interested in helping us. Set up an appointment online and shortly got an email back from Ashley to confirm and ask additional info. Could tell from the email that Ashley was concerned about customer service AND she had the custo back from Ashley to confirm and ask additional info. Could tell from the email that Ashley was concerned about customer service AND she had the customer service personality. When we met face to face, it was confirmed. Most important, she put me at ease. Getting a car serviced is always cause for angst. Ashley turned me over to Leonard and I got more of the same. He asked good questions about my issues to verify the work that needed to be done, was sure to keep me informed of the progress and other issues discovered. I don't consider myself an auto service/repair novice, but certainly not an expert either. I felt like I wasn't "out of control". We left a few things undone, but I'll be back soon!!
