They offered me the same "deal" for $451 but the difference was taxes as they explained. Who would want to pay more than 90% in what this finance team calls "taxes". I understood before going in that the advertised price didnt include taxes, license, title and dealer fees, but dont try to increase the price on 90% a month and called it taxes like if customers are stupid. NEVER EVER going to this place again. You are all better off with Testla or Carvana instead of dealing with these jerks. I wished i had reviewed this page before wasting 2 hours of my day. The sales person was the only reasonable person in this place. Franklin i believe was his name, he was nice and professional, unfortunately he didnt work the finance out, he would have been honest about it. More

When I arrived the sales team was pushing an up sale on a different model not discussed in the deal. After I made it clear I wanted the truck we discussed and was quoted the vehicle was not in stock. In fact the vehicle was never there, the intentions of Galles Chevy was to get me into the dealership based on lies. As one can see there is no integrity, morals, or respect for people at Galles Chevy. I urge people to shop elsewhere, who know what else they are dishonest on. More

I was greeted by a young lady, Masheyti Romero, who would be my service advisor. The truck was immediately taken to the repair area while I enjoyed free, hot Kuerig style coffee and soft chairs in the waiting room while watching TV and using their free internet. While relaxing there, the service advisor came up to me and said the mechanic wanted to show me what he found wrong with the truck. We walked to the maintenance area where the mechanic began to show me the actually broken and worn components within the hub/axle area. He already did his homework, and had the prices listed for the replacement parts. I authorized the parts and he completed the work. About 3 weeks later, the right front CV rubber boot was found torn and leaking grease everywhere. The truck was returned for repair, and the entire job was completed free of charge. I have only good things to say about the service portion of Galles Chevrolet. I highly recommend them for any Chevrolet maintenance. More
Pricing games and overall nightmare I found my old car during an internet search. Galles has it. It was an orange 2004 Mustang Mach 1. I bought it brand new in 2004 and sold it to a coup I found my old car during an internet search. Galles has it. It was an orange 2004 Mustang Mach 1. I bought it brand new in 2004 and sold it to a couple from NM back in 2009. I proposed to my wife in this car. Had to sell it to get $$ to buy a house. When I sold it in 2009, I did so for $17,700 and it had a babied 15,000 miles on the odometer. 10 years later, it has 42,600 miles on it, and Galles originally listed it at $18,900. They dropped the price to $16,500. I called them and tried negotiating, and after getting the usual used car salesman sideshow, they told me they can't go any lower than $15,500. This car was traded in on a small truck, thats how Galles got it. (Their employee told me) KBB trade in value is between 8 and 10 thousand. Retail value is between 10 and 13 thousand. The crook on the phone tells me that Galles spends over 2,000 bucks on every used car that comes on their lot, for "surveillance". Mechanics usually get paid around 60 bucks an hour. At that rate, that means he expects me to believe that Galles dedicates over 30 mechanics hours per used vehicle that comes in. It is clear that Galles is like a lot of crooks in the car dealership business; they're out to make a KILLING, not a LIVING. After posting a negative review on google on Saturday March 9th the crooks at Galles Chevrolet changed the price on the Mach 1 from $16,572 back up to $17,995. I have picture evidence of this if you click on my name next to the review and go to photos. By Monday morning (March 11) cargurus emailed me and says the price was dropped to $15,500 and change. After more phone tag, e mails, lies and arguing, I found out that Tripp Steele told his sales staff (thanks for the info Victor) they were not allowed to deal with me...only he can. Except he e mailed me and lied about how much $$$ Galles has tied up in the car to start with. After I called him a liar, he got butthurt and gave them their orders. The car was a trade in. Trade in value is between 8 and 10k. Tripp Steele claims Galles has over 16k in the car due to what they gave on a trade and "restoration" costs. Only problem is, a 15 year old car with 2 owners, only 42,000 miles and a clean carfax doesn't need "restoration"...especially thousands of dollars worth. They must give some expensive car washes at that dealership....Lmao. Tripp Steele (Galles General Manager) now won't return my emails and has forbidden his staff from dealing with me. They wont even answer a simple question about how much vehicle taxes and fees I would have to pay IF I bought the car back from them. They also took my personal income information and Social Security number online on 3/11/19 to check my credit but so far, 2 days later, I have heard nothing back about that either. This is the kind of "customer service" you can expect from Galles Chevrolet; especially if you have the audacity to not want to play their little salesman games and you call them out on their lies. I wonder if Tripp Steele has a boss?? If so, he or she probably wouldn't be happy with him treating a potential customer this way and being so rigid over a car that they haven't been able to sell in over 3 months and counting. More

We have a kill switch so the truck was not stolen. We did make an insurance claim and they suggested a few places. We choose Galles Chevrolet. Galles Chevrolet lied to us, about knowledge of the kill switch, claimed to do an inspection, my tires are bad and didn't state this, didn't fix the truck properly, no power lock operation, and took over a month to work on it. When confronted on these matters I was hung up on by the service manager and treated like an idiot by the general manager. They also sold us a un-needed battery, as ours was only a year old with a 2 year free replacement from interstate. They do not do complete work and make excuses and lies when asked why the truck is not fixed. More

Service Department is incompetent Worst service I’ve ever had in my 57 years. They do not keep oppointments and it’s a giant free for all. Go to Mark’s Casa. Worst service I’ve ever had in my 57 years. They do not keep oppointments and it’s a giant free for all. Go to Mark’s Casa. More

The problem goes from spark plugs to fuel line cleaning and suddenly the estimated total fix is over $2500. Very untrustworthy people. The first time the service techs lost my custom wheel lug nut key and left off screws form my air cleaner. They also ordered parts for my passenger side door and the drivers seat bracket. I never received a call the parts had come in. I called the parts department and they had no record of the parts being ordered, looked up the service record and reordered them. Still no call after three months. The second time the previous parts were reordered and installed along with items on the current service advisories. However, I also wanted them to rotate the tires and align. They could neither because they can not work on 35" tires. I also advised them to look at a rubbing noise in the steering column. They obviously didn't because it 's still there. I was also told to please complete a quality survey that they would send out via email: It never came and I know why. More

They c Had an oil change on my 2006Saturn Vue. Very expensive $84.00! Not going to do that again. Also, my right window wiper needed repair. They checked it, but when I got my car back home my husband notice two bolts were missing on the cover. They did not put the bolts back on; its a good thing it didn't fall off on the way home ; I called the service advisor and all he said was " sorry about that." " Oh come by and we'll take care of it" - I live 50 miles out of town! Do the job right the first time! Will not go there anytime soon. More
