24 hours after taking delivery, 3 paint issues were noticed on the drivers door, so I advised the dealership. I was assured that they would take care of it, and re-earn my business. They sent the truck to a painter that works under a tree with 2 eye patches for a repair. It came back worse than I left it. There was buffing compound splattered all over the running boards, the mirrors, the handles, and the surrounding paint areas. Finally after the run around, and lip service, I’ve decided to take my truck to an auto body shop and pay for the repair out of pocket. They did offer me 200 bucks as a referral fee to help with the $1100.00 repair I’m faced with. Nobody spends money on a new truck, to be played with. There is absolutely No service after the sale. I will never darken their door again, and will do my best to steer friends and family away from them. Absolutely a dishonest management team. Life is too short to buy from this group. Wow… never again. The dealer does no pre delivery inspection with their eyes open, so look over your purchase we, because they won’t be there to help. More

Took my edge in for a transmission filter and fluid change. Made appointment week ahead. Got there at 8am and at 11am was told they didn't have filter. Was told it would be 1pm for filter. At 4pm still nothing done. Was told the transmission would have to come out of vehicle to change filter. Guess we didn't know this ahead of time and also didn't know we didn't have a filter either. Got the edge and came home. All day and nothing done. Won't be back for anything. I'm done with this dealership. More
