Overall, the dealership and service techs are good to work with. However, they are extremely pricey. Quoted me $12k to replace a transmission on a 2019 escape. They also took advantage of my car situation and tried to put me in a NEW vehicle when I didn’t want that. More

Had not used the pickup and deliver option before. I called, to set it up. They text me on the day and picked my car up. I was called to let me know what was needed.
