Great Experience!! Saw a car I was interested in that was priced very well so i gave them a call. We live about 3 hours away and they were extremely considerate of that. They gave me a detailed description of the vehicle and sent me additional photos. I did a google search on them and went through numerous reviews of the business and most of them were stellar. But then I saw the previous reviews on here and had some apprehension in regards to buying a car from them. When I brought up these reviews they were very honest and straightforward about them specifically. They asked me to give them a chance to prove that the reviews weren't true and they went out of their way to earn my business. Let me honestly tell you that I'm happy that I did. I've owned my own business for 30+ years and understand that in this day and age the internet can be a great tool for both customers and businesses. But it definitely has its drawbacks, as I discussed with their general manager. Most satisfied customers don't get on websites to leave businesses great reviews, but dissatisfied and disgruntled customers will use it as a tool to get what they want out of a business. I know I could of been one of the potential customers that read one of their negative reviews and never even bothered to give them a chance. Knowing this I came on this site to talk about my experience and to say that I couldn't be happier with my experience dealing with them. From the first phone call to the last, they went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thank you to everyone at Gallery Autos for the tremendous effort!! Good luck guys More

Paid over $13,000 cash for a vehicle that we could only drive 800 miles. Will not even talk to us or cooperate with the attorney. These guys are flat out criminals who cannot be trusted. I am warning anyone who even considers doing business with Gallery Auto Mokena to go elsewhere. They are total con artists who will leave you high and dry. There methods are sell you a car and ignore you!!! Consider yourself warned. More
