After driving to another dealership that didn’t have the car I was looking for, I pulled up Galleria on the web and found that they had the car I wanted. Before traveling to Galleria (coming from out of tow car I was looking for, I pulled up Galleria on the web and found that they had the car I wanted. Before traveling to Galleria (coming from out of town) I called them to make sure they had it on the lot. They said that they did, so we headed that way. Once on the way, I researched the vehicle again on the web and thought it was a 8 passenger, two full bench rows, and called them back to cancel my arrival. They assured me that it was the bucket seats with one row… even sent me a video of the car, and told me it’s the one I wanted. I thought that was such great customer service and knew already that my purchase would be a great experience. Once I arrived, the vehicle was ready for a test drive and was at the front door waiting. They immediately took me to the car, and Kamari showed me EVERYTHING this beauty had to offer! He was so detailed and really put me at ease, as I was nervous and scared to death of this big car…haha I drove small cars all my life! The test drive went great and I fell in love with it. Needless to say, I ended up signing the papers and made my purchase. The experience and customer service was phenomenal. Will definitely recommend Galleria Chevrolet to everyone I know. Thank you again, Kamari, for the video, walk through of the car, test drive and giving me comfort in knowing that I would LOVE my new car….cuz I do! More
