GALLERIA BMW IS A REAL STAR! !! My brother, sister in-law and I were passing through to go on family vacation. We had to make an unexpected stop for service because of an issue !! My brother, sister in-law and I were passing through to go on family vacation. We had to make an unexpected stop for service because of an issue with one of my tires. Our family travels a bunch and we have seen our fair share in dealerships, but this one was by far the cleanest and prettiest we’ve ever seen! From the second we walked through the door, we were greeted with nothing but smiles! Everyone in the dealership was so accommodating and friendly. Galleria BMW has a warm feeling that I have never felt before at a car dealership. We were almost sad to leave when they got us all fixed up! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who are willing to listen! More

Excellent dealership. Bought my X5 from them. I had to get it serviced. I spend a lot of time on the road traveling so really do not have a lot of time. I called service Bought my X5 from them. I called service advisor Billy Herbert and he managed to get me in soon, found a nail in one of my tires and had me a new one overnighted to the dealership and had me backup and on the road in ASAP These are great people to deal with.
