The only people to have change my oil was this dealership. With a lador cost of 175 and hour you would exect them to not over tightened my oil plug. I went to chage the oil my self and nether me o dealership. With a lador cost of 175 and hour you would exect them to not over tightened my oil plug. I went to chage the oil my self and nether me or my roommate could get it to move. We knew this wasnt right as we just did his car with no problems. Call and ask what they could do about it was told there are some creative ways online to fix that. More

I purchased my 2019 Outback in December 2021 and have been happy with the vehical but the radio and CD player just died. I made and appointment for today and told the girl that I needed a loaner to get been happy with the vehical but the radio and CD player just died. I made and appointment for today and told the girl that I needed a loaner to get to work 45 minutes away, She was not much help and said a loaner was on a 'FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. I told her if there was no loaner I would not be able to stay or wait for the service to be completed. Also there is a problem with the security light flashing when the car is turned off. I arrived for the appointment at 7:45 AM and was told there would be no loaner available. If they would have called or e-mailed me (they had time to e-mail reminders twice) I would have rescheduled. I told them I was going to sell the Outback to Ressler Motors and go back to Toyota! More

Shop is unprofessional and uncaring. First time dealing with gallatin Subaru on 9-5, and will never deal with that shop again. Had a recall situation on passenger airbag, and was told 2 h First time dealing with gallatin Subaru on 9-5, and will never deal with that shop again. Had a recall situation on passenger airbag, and was told 2 hours. At 2 hours no call. 3 no call, 4 no call. I called at 4 hours and was told for 15 minutes by a dummy named mike that he had no paperwork on my vehicle. After finally figuring out his error, He then told me the car would be another hour before finished. This shop is unprofessional and uncaring and I was made to feel unwanted and unimportant. My advice is to find another shop. MM3 Graves USN. More
Cost for 30k service Service is good, employees pleasant and helpful. BUT, charging over $600 for 30k service is outrageous. Collage Kid I first want to say how nice everyone at the dealership was with helping me get my college age daughters Subaru back into driving condition. I called I first want to say how nice everyone at the dealership was with helping me get my college age daughters Subaru back into driving condition. I called needing some help and Phillip was there to walk me through there plan of attack to find out what was wrong. I received a call from the dealership shortly after my daughters car arrived and they told me what was wrong and gave me an estimate on the repair. When it was all said and done the repairs were made the car was inspected and the bill came in just under there estimate. The approval and work was all done over the phone. I was very happy to have worked with Phillip and all the other personal at the dealership. I would recommend Gallatin Motor to anyone who needed work done on a Subaru. Patrick Todd More
Our family hates the service department You will be treated like it's your fault that the engine needs replaced that the transmission needs replaced, the service dept has terrible people th You will be treated like it's your fault that the engine needs replaced that the transmission needs replaced, the service dept has terrible people that need to find a new line of work, 2013 outback w/ 60k miles has a new engine and transmission. We will never buy a subaru again!! More
