Overall, my new vehicle buying experience at Gallatin Honda was really good. The only disappointment I had is with the excessive $698.00 doc fee that is being charged by some of the middle Tennessee Hond Honda was really good. Even though other auto dealers are also over charging customers for a doc fee, that still does not make it ethical business conduct. Come on Tennessee Honda dealers and set a good example, while also solidifying stronger customer loyalty and confidence in your quality brand, by charging a reasonable and fair doc fee that is more in line with most of the rest of the U.S. (the national average is $252.00) http://www.realcartips.com/newcars/482-documentation-fees-by-state.shtml My experience with the people at Gallatin Honda was terrific. Richard Rocha is a great example of how vehicle sales professionals should conduct business. He was not at all pushy but cares about helping people find the right vehicle for their needs and isn’t just interested in making a sale. He will answer questions timely without pressuring the customer to spend more money. Richard will definitely be who I go to when I'm ready to purchase my next Honda. Heather Fowler in finance was also great at going through all the paperwork. She explained everything clearly and the options I could choose to add on, but did not try to pressure me into buying a bunch of extra things I didn't need or want. More
