He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and needs, even to coming in on his day off to deliver my vehicle so wouldn’t have to wait an additional day!!! Joey, the sales manager, made the first contact with me when the dealership was about to open. He was prompt and courteous with each call. I might add patient with me. Even the never ending paper signing with finanace was enjoyable with Dallas Winstead. I highly recommend Richard, Joey and Dallas at Gallatin Honda. Next step is to test the service department.
