My experience with Gallatin Honda was totally different! I called to book my appointment for a recall and they got me in within a couple of days. I received several text and email reminders about my appt. Once I got to the dealership, Grace was so friendly and had me in and out in no time. I received texts letting me know I could contact Grace anytime via text or phone while the car was in the shop. While it was there, I received a text wth suggested repairs which I could approve or deny. I was then texted when my car repair was done. I went to pick it up and was out in 5 minutes. I am so impressed and will definitely be going back. More
