I'd like to apologize on behalf of our service department team here at Gallatin Honda. After speaking with our service manager, I believe any miscommunication stemmed from our technicians needing to know if your drain plug was cross threaded or not to determine if you needed a new oil pan to keep your vehicle safe for you. Since Gallatin Honda's service department did not perform your last service, we needed to identify the cross threading before performing a service. We hope that your previous service advisor, Bubba Perry, will be able to fully assist you in your next visit to our service department.
