Went in to check on a check engine light issue for the catalytic converter. When I left the dealer my car started jerking and all of the sensors were flashing. The car turned off and I had to drive slowly catalytic converter. When I left the dealer my car started jerking and all of the sensors were flashing. The car turned off and I had to drive slowly back to the dealership to get it looked at again. I was told the oil was low in my car. The car drove just fine before going to the dealership. The repair tech was not thorough with my car. More
I don't know what kind of work they do. My daughter went there to get an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. They told her that they were afraid to pull the plug because it was cross-threaded and the there to get an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. They told her that they were afraid to pull the plug because it was cross-threaded and the only way to fix it was to put a new oil pan on it. She was suspicious so she went to another dealer and they changed her oil with no problems. They did not tell her anything about the plug being cross-threaded. I am just saying that one dealer says you need this and another dealer says you don't. If anything else develops I will add to this review. More
Everyone at Gallatin Honda went above and beyond to make my car buying process so great. It’s no secret that most people dread going to a car dealership because of the hassling and pressure. Not once did I my car buying process so great. It’s no secret that most people dread going to a car dealership because of the hassling and pressure. Not once did I feel pressured or harassed by a sales person. In fact, Ty Burks greeted us in a timely manner and asked what my needs were. He was extremely friendly, patient and worked hard to find a car that would fit what I was looking for. The sales manager, Reed, did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied on my trade in value and sales price of their car. He was professional, patient and kind with his process of the car buying process. Then the man himself, Mike Tarpey in financing, is the saving grace who made this whole deal possible. Without his knowledge of finance, explanations of how everything worked and his hard work to find a bank to finance me, I wouldn’t be driving a new Honda today. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the all around friendly and stress free environment, patience and understanding of the whole Honda team and my experience here at this location. I won’t be needing another car anytime soon, but when that time comes, I know exactly which dealership I’ll be at and who I will recommend all friends and family to go. Thank you again Gallatin Honda, Ty, Reed and Mike for all that do and what you did to help me into a new car! I am forever grateful. More
