Went in to check on a check engine light issue for the catalytic converter. When I left the dealer my car started jerking and all of the sensors were flashing. The car turned off and I had to drive slowly catalytic converter. When I left the dealer my car started jerking and all of the sensors were flashing. I don't know what kind of work they do. My daughter went there to get an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. They told her that they were afraid to pull the plug because it was cross-threaded and the there to get an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. They told her that they were afraid to pull the plug because it was cross-threaded and the only way to fix it was to put a new oil pan on it. She was suspicious so she went to another dealer and they changed her oil with no problems. They did not tell her anything about the plug being cross-threaded. I am just saying that one dealer says you need this and another dealer says you don't. If anything else develops I will add to this review. More
