We recently bought a 2022 Honda Pilot from this dealer. Our experience was wonderful especially compared to our experience with the Toyota dealer. We purchased a new Honda Odysessy 6 months ago and this summer the AC was not working as expected especially for a new vehicle under warranty: The service department only tested the thermometer never cons summer the AC was not working as expected especially for a new vehicle under warranty: The service department only tested the thermometer never considering that perhaps the issue was with the actual thermometer. They didn’t perform diagnostic testing and didn’t manually assess the issue we were experiencing. This was a frustrating experience and they left us without resolution so another appointment will likely be scheduled and another half a day wasted. More

My battery died in the parking lot at Gallatin Honda. The service advisor jumped the car off and I drove it inside the service lane. I told him it was probably the battery. He said it was out of warranty The service advisor jumped the car off and I drove it inside the service lane. I told him it was probably the battery. He said it was out of warranty and would be $160.00 to replace. After waiting over an hour and a half the car was finally ready. They charged me 39.95 to replace the battery and %26.02 for (shop supplies). I asked why i was charged shop supplies and he said they did that on all tickets. A battery takes two nuts and two cables to remove. No shop supplies used or needed. then he said it was to pay to have the battery picked up for recycling. i asked him if I bought one over the counter would I [pay that? He said probably. That is not true. I will not recommend this service department to anyone. More

He is amazing and I recommend you ask for him as soon as you walk in the door or call on your phone!! I so well taken care of that I felt like family 🙂 Seriously, they are the very best you could ask for, knowledgeable, kind, and on the ball. The process was so fast I didn't even realize I was done. I’m spoiled with my dealership back in California. This one is more $$, but less busy. I don’t have to wait as long dropping off my car which is nice. But the prices are kind of silly. It was also hard transferring over my info from the other dealership so I recommend keeping all your paperwork so they don’t say you need something when you don’t. Overall, a fine dealership if you know about cars and exactly what you need done. They said they got a new manager recently from BMW and raised prices so maybe that’s why it’s so $$$. I like dealerships though because the parts are under warranty and all your records are in one reputable places for the next buyer. Brand spanking new. Shuttle driver awesome. Vote Bean for sheriff next year! More
