I was very pleased with the recent service I received at Gallatin Ford for my 22 Mach 1. After a glitch in parts delivery, my Service Advisor, Stephanie, worked tirelessly to get matters resolved and had a Gallatin Ford for my 22 Mach 1. After a glitch in parts delivery, my Service Advisor, Stephanie, worked tirelessly to get matters resolved and had a technician install the necessary parts at my home. I will definitely go back to Gallatin Ford for future service on my Mustang. Both Stephanie and the Service Manager deserve 5 Stars for a job well done. 👍👍 More
UPDATE: I did get to speak to TJ yesterday 7/14/25 about the situation and he made it right. I do appreciate him and working with me and the situation and I’m updating my review based on the service and hon the situation and he made it right. Short version: was verbally quoted $150 and then my bill was $540 before they threw on a 15% and dropped it to $460. ASK FOR A WRITTEN QUOTE AND ASK IF THATS LABOR OR THE WHOLE SERVICE, BECAUSE THATS THE “MISCOMMUNICATION” Long version: I went in on 6/30/25 for a complimentary fuel injector replacement. I explained to Lauren that I did not want to pay any diagnosis fee because I was there for the free service. We went back and forth, she wasn’t going to charge me for the diag. Then told me in the waiting room that the fuel injectors weren’t the problem on my bronco but it was my purge valves. When I asked how much she said if I had paid the $250 it would be $150 but I was going to have to come back because she needed to order the part. I then paid the $250 and scheduled to do the replacement on 7/7/25. Dropped off the bronco, got a ride home, get my receipt, and my bill was $540. I call and get another girl explaining this wasn’t the price I was quoted and she said I would get a call back. Before I got the call back I got an updated receipt with a new total of $460. I then got a call from Lauren and when I said that wasn’t the amount we discussed she said that 1. She never said that. 2. If she HAD said that, it was the quote for LABOR and not the entire service. (Labor was actually $109). We started going back and forth, she said she could go talk to parts and see if the price could be lowered (she didn’t) but that was the best she could do. She then also told me she didn’t know why I was going off of verbal when I had received the quote with my 6/30 receipt, which I didn’t have and was in my bronco so I couldn’t prove if it was on there or not at the time. I obviously needed my vehicle so I paid for it. When I spoke to the shuttle guy he had asked me twice if I had reminded Lauren about paying by the diagnosis fee, which I did and that was all his input on that. I was so pissed I collected my vehicle and get home to look at the paperwork.. NOWHERE does it show a quote. So the attitude she gave me about being dumb for not knowing the total was for nothing. I called them the next day to let her know it wasn’t there, I got someone else, either her or the service manager was suppose to call me back, I received a call that hung up as I was answering, I called back immediately to tell them I missed a call and was told that I’d receive a call back and they made a note that there was no attempt at a voicemail being left. I was transferred and left Lauren a voicemail that I never got a call back to. More
LACK OF COMMUNICATION! Dropped my 2010 Lincoln MKX off Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 6:30 AM (I realize service dept. doesn’t open until 7 AM), for an oil change only! My husband received an email with a video of the car inspection at 8:38 AM. I tried calling MULTIPLE times to get a status update. Two times I was told a service rep would return my call. That never happened! I finally received a call around 4:30 PM indicating my car was ready. I questioned Lauren as to what time my car was actually finished. Lauren indicated she received the paperwork on her desk at 3:30 PM. I felt she was a little deceitful in her response. I believe my car was finished much earlier that morning. However, nobody took the time to call or email. This is the second time this has happened to me! Gallatin Ford needs to provide more customer service training to their staff.
