They are lacking on service advisors and took over 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence .they have these people call me all the time to come back and get service I did and this is how I was treated. I started going to Town & Country before y’all bought the dealership I guess for two or three oil changes I like it much at at Gallatin Ford we appreciate y’all it’s so funny when I walked in Jessica was on the phone. She said she would be with me in a few minutes. I think the general manager was there. He wanted to know if I wanted a cup of coffee I said, yeah that sounds good so I got my wife not a cup of coffee just go check me out. We went out on the patio and drank the coffee.
