i had my truck serviced a few weeks ago at the dealership because of the special they have but when i took my truck in they said i was over my service miles and the warranty was no good it is the warranty yo because of the special they have but when i took my truck in they said i was over my service miles and the warranty was no good it is the warranty you get if they are the only place you have your car serviced the problem with that is what do you do if you go on vacation for witch i did and i was at my service miles so i had it done because i would have been 3000 miles over when i got back plus they wanted to charge me to rotate my tires witch i did not need done and they said because i did not have it done that would also void the warranty witch it was i tried 4 different times to call the service manger and he never called me back also i tried to call the dealership general manger twice and he also has not returned my calls either what is a person to do if they go on along road trip and can not get back in time More

Needed an emergency repair when I was on vacation in TN and they came through huge! We were 900 miles from home and the engine lifters locked up. The worse place to fix your car! I have a Chrysler 300c I paid them $1800 to fix my car and my car is still not fixed! They replaced my ECM & Pcm but I'm having the same problem, ins I have a Chrysler 300c I paid them $1800 to fix my car and my car is still not fixed! They replaced my ECM & Pcm but I'm having the same problem, instead of them admitting that the ECM & PCM was never the problem, and refunding my money so i can take it somewhere else to try & get it fixed, they will have me drop my car off to them keep it for a week or so & say they replaced something but no sooner than I get my car back its doing the same thing & eventually the check engine light comes on. Last time I picked my car up from them,not even 10 minutes after I picked it up it shut off on me twice, I immediately called them and spoke with Brandy, told her what was going on, she said she will tell Ben & they will get back to me needless to say I have not heard from them & it has been almost two weeks! I have not called them because I feel like I am begging them to fix my car & it seems like they don't care at all! I've been wondering how could they replace stuff on my car but it's doing the same thing but it's common sense whe things that were replaced (if they were actually replaced) was never the problem! I just want a refund or my car fixed! More

I’m 70 and I figure I got one more new vehicle in my life. It’ll be a good one. (Top of the line new ev pickup when y’all get them?) For some reason this dealership doesn’t take reservations for oil changes. So I showed up and said he how long is it going to be for an oil change if it’s gonna be too long I’ll come back another time. T for oil changes. Two hours later I go out to get an update and I see the car is sitting in the yard thinking they finished it but didn’t tell me. No apparently they haven’t even brought it in yet and tell me oh will bang it right out and I ask how long is that gonna take and they said 45 minutes. I said now I’m gonna get out of here and I told him I won’t be coming back More

dropped my company truck off Friday to get a door lock fixed didn't hear anything back so I called Tuesday. they said they wrote my number down wrong(my office number is on the side of the truck in large fixed didn't hear anything back so I called Tuesday. they said they wrote my number down wrong(my office number is on the side of the truck in large numbers?) said they had the part in stock and would get me a price even though it is a 2020 and obviously under warranty? told them it was under warranty they said they would check if they had the part and call back. no call back so I called the next day and they had to order the part??? called again today (Friday a week later for a door lock?) and they said there was a problem with the part that hopefully they would have it finished today. very rude sounding lady on the phone that didn't care how long I was on hold! I make my living with these trucks and need them on the road just wish they cared about that as much as I do! this is the first review I have ever done for anything if that tells you how disappointed I have been through this. More

Just want to take a minute to brag on Miracle Chrysler Dodge. We had the pleasure of working with Drew in the Service Department. Not only was he nice ,but he did everything he said he would do sooner tha Dodge. We had the pleasure of working with Drew in the Service Department. My Jeep Patriot broke down on Thursday south of Nashville. I was on my way back home to Ft Wayne, Indiana. I called all the Jeep dealers in and around Nashville and everyone told me they couldn't work me in until Monday or Tuesday of next week. Miracle told they would try their best to work me in on Friday. I had triple A haul my vehicle there and they got me in and and back on the road late Friday afternoon. Brandy the service coordinator did everything she could to help me out Tim the porter took me to a hotel and picked me up the next day. Daniel the service tech did a great job repairing my Jeep . I can't say enough superlative's on how these people helped me out. I highly recommend Miracle Chrysler, Dodge ,Jeep they are awesome!!!! More
