Service???? To start with, when my truck was towed in they told me it wasn't there, they couldn't find it. They never called to tell me when they did find it. No part for recall We had an appointment, for a recall, to get our 2004 Jeep Liberty fixed. Got there at time of appt. and was told they didn’t have the part, no one cal We had an appointment, for a recall, to get our 2004 Jeep Liberty fixed. Got there at time of appt. and was told they didn’t have the part, no one called, was 50 miles round trip to dealer, We were told another person was told the same thing that morning. Asked to see the service manager and was told a new girl made the appointment, guess she didn’t know how to use the phone to cancel the appointment. Told service manager would report this when I was asked to review service. He said “it is what it is” and they would call when the part came in..Got a call about three weeks later and had Jeep fixed in a timely manner. J.H. More

Lana in service was rude I took my car in for a recall and a recall only but they kept trying to pry diag out of me for something that had already been fixed. They were polite, thorough, and knowledgeable about my vehicle and my situation. I was treated with respect and courtesy. The service department completely explained what repairs were needed and completed the necessary repairs in a very timely manner. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend them.
