Gallatin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

I experienced a rare manufacturer defect with my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. I drove to just about every dealership in TN and explained what I thought the cause was, but no one would help me and most places want Jeep Wrangler. But Miracle's expert mechanic who's worked with Jeeps his whole life, imediately recognized what was wrong and had the problem completely fixed in less than a week. For that week I had no car, and was in a financial pinch and could not afford a rental. Chris hooked me up with a free loaner to drive until my Jeep was fixed. I will only do business with Miracle from now on. I will also say that all of the dealership's employees were very courteous and friendly. More

The entire staff that helped me were extremely friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable. Especially considering that I had taken my car the last time (because we were in too big of a hurry since we and helpful. The price was reasonable. We actually had to leave and go purchase our $12 oil filter ourselves because they didnt have it in stock. They only marked off a couple of dollars from their bill for the filter. The oil change ended up costing us about $50. I was not a happy camper at all. Your staff however were exceptionally nice, working me in the same day I called. They took me back to work and then came back to get me when my car was finished. They kindly found that I had a nail in my front tire and plugged it for my as well.
