He thoroughly explained my paperwork and worked to ensure my comfort during my visit. Chris was friendly and very knowledgable with my paperwork. Thomas was able to find financing for me, which is a miracle within itself. I can't help but feel that he could have gotten my monthly payments a little lower. I gave him my max monthly payment that I could afford,but ended up feeling pressured to agree to an amount out of my range. I informed of my ability to afford a monthly payment around 480.00, but ended up with a 598.00 payment. Overall, I am still grateful to be financed. My only remorse.......I had only 1 vehicle to choose from. Unfortunately, it was blue, my least favorite color of vehicles. Had I known that up front, I may have decided against the long drive to Gallatin. I only wish that I would have inquired on a 2014 model in a different color, but I had already been at the dealership for several hours. More
