Chris was professional, friendly and very helpful. He worked with me on my options for new rims. I still wasn't sure of how the rim would look. Chris got one in to show me. I was sold. Chris then hooked me up with Ray in service. Ray was easy to work with. We set up an appointment to replace the rims and Ray told me what to expect for replacing the rims. When I arrived for my appointment Ray got me checked in. Within an hour your service staff replaced my rims and had me back on the road. The rims look great. I'm a Soldier deployed in Afghanistan, I didn't need a new car, but was looking for one before I came home. I used the USAA car buying service and they set me up with Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep R need a new car, but was looking for one before I came home. The person I talked to was Terri Appleton, she was very nice and helpful whether it was over the phone or via email she was quick to respond to any questions I had if Terri wasn't there I talked to Bert Curry whom was also very helpful as well. I didn't find the exact car I was looking for, but they had a much more well equipped version of the car I was looking for. I wasn't interested in the car at first, but they offered me a pretty good deal on it. I had my wife go pick up the car for me, and she said she had a good experience and people were very kind and accomadating to her, she even said to me, "we wouldn't get this kind of treatment at dealerships in our own city" and we live approximately 60 miles away from Miracle. That's got to be worth something cause my wife did not want to go 60 miles and pick up a car, so I guess the trip was worth it for her. My wife hates going to car dealerships, so if she had nothing negative to say about Miracle then they get a 5 out of 5 rating from me. My wife is still figuring out all the options and equipment the car came with, so hopefully it's all there as quoted to me, I guess I'll find out when I get home from deployment. More

My first contact with Miracle Chrysler was Terri Appleton, who answered the initial email. She provided detailed directions to the dealership when I called her on the number provided by her. He drove the car and I sat on the passenger side for it was late and I was not familiar with that area of town. We went to his office and discussed a possible trade in and pricing for the one I was looking at. I left with a offer and follow up was provided by Terri, who answered all my questions promptly. I went back to the dealership a few days later to test drive the car and Chris was again waiting for me when I arrived. We took a trip in the car, and I was satisfied with it and we were able to come to a satisfactory deal on both sides. Chris Austin completed all the financial paperwork in a timely maner and I drove my purchase home that very day. I was introduced to all the sales people by Chris Clouse,and everybody was super-nice. I went back the next day to leave the paperwork from my trade and everybody remembered my name. I have already let my family know how awesome this experience was.
