When we arrived the van didn't have all the must haves on our list. They sat down with us asked us about our needs and located a van that met all of our specifications. We were able to work out a price without all the normal "back and forth" and long waits that you typically get at a car dealer. The van was delivered in a timely fashion and we couldn't be happier. After so many horrible experiences, it was refreshing to be treated like a customer. More

I had a horrible experience at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Franklin, TN. They pulled my credit and I was approved for a new car with 4% interest rate. The Financial Director was rude and disrespectful. He wanted me to add a co-signee to add more interest to my loan because my license was from out of state. After I said no to his suggestion, he refused to allow me to purchase a car. Kevin at Miracle was able to get me a new car and I was able to drive away with my car of choice. I had a wonderful time at Miracle - their customer service is absolutely exceptional. Kevin was able to address our needs in a timely fashion.
