We had a few issues with the vehicle we purchased, and Robert took great care to make sure every issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Handled Impossible Car Repair With Class & Concern A couple of weeks ago I brought in my 2007 Pacifica for a strange rumbling noise when the air was turned on and, after a one day service major $$ at p A couple of weeks ago I brought in my 2007 Pacifica for a strange rumbling noise when the air was turned on and, after a one day service major $$ at pick up, thought everything was fine. Next day the noise came back. Earlier this week I had to bring the car in a second time for the same unknown "noise" and got a rental vehicle for what I thought would be another one day service. It turned into four days of service with no luck in fixing the noise. It was a baffling dilemma for the service department, who after several diagnostics, parts replacements and specialty techs, had to call Chrysler for possible insight into the situation -- no luck in fixing the noise. To their credit, the service department really did all they could to fix the problem, and they did it with class and courtesy to the customer...me. It looks as if there may be something behind the timing covers causing the noise, but the service techs are letting me take the vehicle to a local mechanic who did previous work on my vehicle. I used Miracle when my car was newer and still under warranty for service problems, as well as for regular oil changes and tire rotations. However, as my car got older and because Chrysler no longer produced Pacifica, I also used a local private mechanic for minor repairs and oil changes, in conjunction with the Miracle service. Since the service department did all they could to no avail, I turned in my rental vehicle and picked up the car this morning. I am going to take the car to another local mechanic who did some timing kit work on the car a few months ago and for which I am still under warranty. Hopefully, the problem will be resolved. And, if not, I will be back to see if there is something else that can be done. I gave a five-star rating to the dealership because of their tenacity in trying to figure out the problem, the outstanding courtesy and customer care relationship from the service service department (Shawn called daily and sometimes more to keep me informed of the situation), as well as the kind and empathetic concern of the administrative department making my rental pick-up and return very easy and painless. I do not have the name of the woman who set me up with the car but Ciera was great on the return. To my surprise, my charges were minimal on the service fee -- only charged for oil change and tire rotation. There were no charges for the diagnostics on the vehicle or the rental car. It was not something I expected after four days of having my car in service. My husband (has a Dodge pick up) and I are truly repeat customers of Miracle and I have every intention of purchasing my next vehicle from them, once Chrysler, Dodge, Ford or Jeep come up with something that rivals my Pacifica. I really love the way it handles, not a lot a major repairs even after 8 years, and the luxury type features it offers (albeit, I did like the technology in the Dodge Dart -- the ride, not so much). So, kudos to Miracle's service department and administrative workers. We didn't accomplish what we all wanted (hence, the four stars on quality of work), but you made it much easier for me to move forward. Thank you. More

Called next day spoke to Britni Cox, she verified car in stock. Made arrangement to come in on Friday morning. Britni went over the car with me and test drive we went. She introduced me to David Powell and the paperwork with him went so easy we chatted for awhile. Bert Curry finished up the loan app again with out any hassle. Chris Austin completed the paperwork and spoke with my insurance agent for me. By then David had the car cleaned up and tags on he even put gas in for me. I did all from my smart phone. With Britni's help the unpersonalized internet sale became the friendliest way to go. More

Lovin' my '15 Charger! I was looking to trade in my 2014 Mustang - although I loved the body style best of all current new vehicles - it was missing several options that I r I was looking to trade in my 2014 Mustang - although I loved the body style best of all current new vehicles - it was missing several options that I really missed after selling my 2012 Avenger. I saw the 2015 Charger and loved it. I went to Miracle Dodge and met up with David Powell who walked me through the process and allowed me to just take all the time I needed to think about the purchase. There was no pressure. I test drove the car and felt it was definitely time to trade up. Heather graciously helped with the financial closing of the car and took the time to just talk with me about questions I had or about reasons that I may or may not want to purchase additional warranty coverage. Over all, I was pleased with the service and would recommend Miracle Dodge to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle. More
Best Experience I have ever had!!! I really dreaded going to a car dealership and sitting for hours to do paperwork. I called to see if I could get approved over the phone, went online, I really dreaded going to a car dealership and sitting for hours to do paperwork. I called to see if I could get approved over the phone, went online, filled out a credit application and picked out the Jeep I wanted, all with out going to the dealership! They even texted with me, to get the details straight! These guys were amazing!!! Everything they said and did was black and white, no gimmicks, no one trying to "hagle" with me. Robert Sharp even drove the Jeep to my house, brought the paperwork with him for me to sign and went over the Jeep with me, in my driveway!!! I'm a busy manager and do not have a lot of free time. I really wanted a New Jeep Wrangler and had no desire to deal with buying one. This experience was definitely different, they even offer life time power train as long as you service at their dealership. I would honestly recommend them to anyone. I have been to 2 other dealerships in the past, looking to buy a Jeep Wrangler, and was very dissatisfied with their service. I think Miricle is a very different, special dealership, who show their customers the very best service. I had zero stress buying my Jeep and I absolutely love it! If you are in this area and looking for a Jeep, this is the place to go! Thank you guys so much for my Jeep, I couldn't be happier :) More
