Communication from the service department is non-existent and the attitude when you do speak to someone is like they're doing the customer a favor talking to them. Scheduled a service appointment for several factory recalls on a 2022 Ram 2500, for 0900am on 8/21. Was called at 1600 on 8/21 and they stated their tech had left for the day at 1500 due to family emergency, but that they'd call me in the morning with an ETA. At 1000am on 8/22 I called service department (since noone had called me as promised) and was transferred to appointment line, they said they'd track down an ETA and have somoene call me. At 1400 on 8/22 I called back (since noone had called me) and was told they were tracking down an ETA but did not have one. As a business owner myself, I understand things happen and delays are part of the world we live in, but communication is an easy solution to many problems. As a customer, I just needed to know how to plan my day without this vehicle. We buy multiple new trucks every year, and I will certainly not spend any additional money at this dealership for this reason. More

Empty tank of gas and filthy called him after the first time I drove it told him the transmission shifted funny he said it’s because it’s a big truck. Transmission went out to days later after they tried to get me to pay $13,000 they finally foot to the bill when I said I didn’t want the truck anymore before the transmission went out. I hope they scanner up and more than five codes came up and was told don’t worry that’s OK, they sold me the truck with all the emissions deleted which is illegal in the state of Tennessee. The truck had a bad tune and I had to spend $800 to get it to run correctly the truck at a pre-existing lift. They sold me the platinum plus warranty, which was void due to the truck having a pre-existing left and all emissions deleted. But they still sold it to me anyways. Truck has been in the shop more than it has been driven in the last five months. Tried to call back and everyone passes the buck. Talk to sales manager. Troy who said he would call me back. Never returned my phone call or my message from today. Truck is currently sitting on usable due to all ball joints, tire rods, and wheel hub failure, which happened within 3000 miles of driving besides the transmission going out this place is a rip off the people do not care about anything, but selling your vehicle no matter what condition. Due to being ignored, I filed a complaint with the Tennessee motor vehicle commission and have retained a lawyer. I’m sure this isn’t the first time they’ve done this and I’m sure it won’t be the last. But it’s not going to be me. More
