Offered free lifetime warranty for truck we purchased. Went to get it maintenance at the dealer as part of the lifetime warranty. They sent the truck to Nissan before telling which voided the warranty More

We apologize for the less than satisfactory experience. The complimentary Dealer For Life contract from Miracle Chrysler clearly states "All Oil changes and Tire rotations must be performed at selling dealer". Since all oil changes and tire rotations were performed at other Service Facilities for the last 3 years, the lifetime warranty has been voided. If you would like to discuss the terms and conditions of the contract in further detail please reach back out to Larry Starratt, Fixed Operations Director at 615 527-5871.

You physically took my vehicle, that I brought to you at your facility to do required maintenance work per your warranty, and took it TO AN OTHER MANUFACTURERS FACILITY UP THE ROAD, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Your staff franctically shuttled me up to this other manufacturers facility to have me wait there in their waiting room even longer after you made me wait 4 hours in your waiting room trying to perform A TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGE that subsequently your shop said they couldn't do the work, the work that you were supposed to do at your facility to maintain the warranty, thus negligably voiding my lifetime trane warranty with you. I have the contract, and it clearly states all fluid services for engine, differential, transmission, and transfer case must been done at your facilities. The first oil change, tire rotation were performed there, carelessly, with me having to go back the same day after a tire rotation because my vehicle felt like I was entering earth's orbit, finding out that your shop techs put all the heavier locking lug nuts on one wheel. Your shop foreman corrected it but asked why I bring my Nissan Titan to a Dodge dealership. I explained I bought it here and to stay in warranty, I have to have you guys perform the work. I was told, word for word by your shop foreman, that I DID NOT have to bring my vehicle there for oil changes or tire rotations to stay in warranty. He continued in saying that I only had to bring it in ONLY for the transmission fluid changes and differential fluid changes. So only under your own shop foremans miss-information did I at that point take it to other shops for oil changes and rotations. But trying to do the right thing again, I brought my vehicle for a transmission fluid change. After waiting 4 hours in your waiting room, a representative of yours found me there and began to tell me that they couldn't figure out how to break into my transmission to change the fluid, and WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, went ahead and took my vehicle to the nissan dealership to make them perform the work. I've already discussed this with Larry, and it seems like you vaguely have too. Tried to explain my issue to the owner Tim, in the service bay area the other day, and as SOON has he heard I was a problem, he quickly interrupted my story to him and dismissed me. BEYOND horrible business practices here.
