We were referred to this dealership via the USAA buying partnership. Miracle contacted us and found out exactly what we wanted in a new Jeep. When we arrived at the site, the car was parked out front in partnership. Miracle contacted us and found out exactly what we wanted in a new Jeep. When we arrived at the site, the car was parked out front in anticipation of our arrival. Derek was friendly, knowledgable, patient, and straightforward. We also appreciated the early leg work of Terri Appleton prior to our on-site visit. The Jeep Compas is GORGEOUS and meets all of our standards. Derek and the crew at Miracle worked closely with my husband and I as we negociated credits and discounts. The entire car shopping process was seamless -- we were able to get a fair deal on a trade-in and a comfortable final price on the vehicle. We definitely will recommend the crew at Miracle to our friends and family. More

Spoke with Derek Ritchie while waiting for an oil change in my PT Cruiser. He was very friendly and took the time to show me the 2012 Chrysler 200 on the showroom floor. Two hours later I drove away in my in my PT Cruiser. He was very friendly and took the time to show me the 2012 Chrysler 200 on the showroom floor. Two hours later I drove away in my new car. Very happy with Derek and the staff and thank you for the loyalty reward!! This was my fourth car from Miracle! More

I have never been treated so well at a car dealership as I was at Miracle CDJ. The sales consultant and the sales manager work hard to find the perfect car to fit my needs and work within my budget to make I was at Miracle CDJ. Everyone there was very helpful. They listened to me and I got a jeep that I totally love!!!! They worked with me on my trade in so we came to an agreeable amount that I was happy with.
