We actually had to leave and go purchase our $12 oil filter ourselves because they didnt have it in stock. They only marked off a couple of dollars from their bill for the filter. The oil change ended up costing us about $50. I was not a happy camper at all. Your staff however were exceptionally nice, working me in the same day I called. They took me back to work and then came back to get me when my car was finished. They kindly found that I had a nail in my front tire and plugged it for my as well. I was positively satisfied with my experience. Thank You! More

My wife and I have visited several dealerships across Tennessee and Kentucky, and drove the F-150, The Chevrolet Silverado and the Ram 1500. After many test drives and many phone conversations across bot Tennessee and Kentucky, and drove the F-150, The Chevrolet Silverado and the Ram 1500. After many test drives and many phone conversations across both states we decided we wanted a new Dodge Ram. None of the dealerships we had visited in our area could come close to our budget or offer the options we wanted. We used USAA's car buying service and several dealers were listed as preferred dealers of USAA. Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram went above and beyond, not only did they honor the price that was listed by USAA's Car buying service and vehicle we wanted, they showed us another RAM 1500 which had many more options than the one we chose for close to the same price. We got close to what we wanted for our trade in and that made us very happy. The service was awesome, and Derek Ritchie worked hard with Thomas Mowell and Chris Austin to come in at the budget we could not exceed, this was by far the best buying experience we have had when purchasing a new vehicle. I will recommend this dealership and my wife and I will be part of that family for years to come. Thanks again to the Team at Miracle for being so awesome. More
