I had the best experience here when I purchased my vehicle. Everyone presented themselves nicely. I only stopped in to test drive a Dodge Charger and after spending just a few minutes with these associates at Miracle, I knew this was the place I wanted to do business. I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted at the payment I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. It is not high pressured sales and everyone is so laid back! I will be doing business with Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep for years to come! More
I purchased a 2010 Dodge Caliber July 3, 2010. This was my first new car purchase ever and I was extremely excited. Joey Martin was an awesome salesman. He worked hard to see to it that he did everything i my first new car purchase ever and I was extremely excited. Joey Martin was an awesome salesman. He worked hard to see to it that he did everything in his power to get us into the car we want at a price we could afford. The day of purchase everything was great. The service after the purchase is were it all went down hill. The car started making a noise in the front end in November 2010 and I mentioned it when having the car serviced. Nothing was done. I took it back in Feb. 2011 to be serviced again and asked them to check the noise. The reply was they could not duplicate the noise and sent me on my way. It was snowing very hard that day so I did not argue. When I returned in May for the next service visit, not only was the car making the noise in the front end but had started making a new noise. I left the car with them for the day and when I came back I was told again that they could not duplicate the noise. I was furious and told them to keep the car until they could. They did finally fix the orginal noise but not the new one. I returned with the car again in July and took someone with me to be sure they heard the noise. I was told that the noise was not pronounced enough and that I would have to wait until it became louder before anything could be done. I then went to Terry Gilmore who promised to "make things right". That he felt that Lisa Smelsner in the service department was not doing her job either. I returned with my husband to trade for another car to "make things right". Terry had us speak with Tim Galvin, who is the son of the owner of the dealership. He also promised to "make things right". I explained to him that we had already bought a car and they made money off that deal and that this was not a money making deal now and he agreed. We found a car of equal value and they wanted us to trade our car plus $5000. Needless to say nothing was "made right". I went to the next step call Dodge Coorperation. That was no help either. After 2 months of in and out of the dealership service department and them replacing most of the front end of the car, the car was still not fixed. I checked on the lemon law and because the dealership did not make any attempt to fix the car the first several times it was brought in the car did not qualify. Long story short, I took the car to Newton Nissan were Joey Martin now works and traded for a 2012 Nissan Altima. I have never been happier. More
