My first contact with Miracle Chrysler was Terri Appleton, who answered the initial email. She provided detailed directions to the dealership when I called her on the number provided by her. He drove the car and I sat on the passenger side for it was late and I was not familiar with that area of town. We went to his office and discussed a possible trade in and pricing for the one I was looking at. I left with a offer and follow up was provided by Terri, who answered all my questions promptly. I went back to the dealership a few days later to test drive the car and Chris was again waiting for me when I arrived. We took a trip in the car, and I was satisfied with it and we were able to come to a satisfactory deal on both sides. Chris Austin completed all the financial paperwork in a timely maner and I drove my purchase home that very day. I was introduced to all the sales people by Chris Clouse,and everybody was super-nice. I went back the next day to leave the paperwork from my trade and everybody remembered my name. I have already let my family know how awesome this experience was. When filling out the papers and working out a deal to get the Jeep, Mr. Billingsley was informative, super helpful and professional. I moved to Tennessee from Germany and got in contact with terri prior to arriving in country. I was immediately impressed with The friendly response and willingness to work with us. When we arrived to Tennessee they sent a driver out to Nashville to pick us up from our hotel. I was traveling with my wife and four year old daughter and nine month old son.
