We were very happy, we got a great vehicle for a great deal...so we thought. We got home and it all hit the fan. We ended up without our vehicle off and on for the first few weeks as it was in the GMC service department for several different issues. When we got home, we decided to test out our DVD player because the kids were going to love it. Well, it didn't work at all. We were told it was a warranty issue, to take it to the GMC. The issue was not a warranty issue as someone "tampered" with it. Come to find out, someone at Miracle had already taken it to the same GMC Dealer and was already made aware of this information. Miracle did replace the DVD, only after I made it real clear how angry I was. The A/C buttons were sticking, temperature going down to 60 in 40 degree weather. There was "coke" spilled inside the buttons. I was told they would "make it right" but after all we went through, I wasn't about to let them actually do work on my vehicle. The intake on the engine was destroyed, so we had to replace that. There was a horrible knocking in the engine. Thankfully the warranty did cover that and the entire engine had to be replaced. All this in less than 1 year of owning it. After all the issues we had, we couldn't take it anymore. We decided it was time to get rid of the headache. We took it in to trade and found out the vehicle had been in a severe wreck, hit a bridge barrier, with airbag deployment and all. For the safety of our family, the truck was traded at a much more reputable dealer, Tom Bannen Chevrolet. The Sales team at Miracle is very shady. All of this could have been avoided. They have no regard for the quality they sell their customers. They have lost our business. I will not return somewhere they just don't care. I will never return to Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep nor will I refer anyone there. I also make it a point to let everyone know to stay away from there. More
I just wanted to say that I intended to do business here... no one came out to greet us nor did they even acknowledge we were there. We waited fifteen minutes and still no one. Then we even WENT INSIDE here... no one came out to greet us nor did they even acknowledge we were there. We waited fifteen minutes and still no one. Then we even WENT INSIDE and we were completely ignored. This is not how you get business. So I'm taking my business elsewhere.. More
I have been shopping for about a month looking for a New pickup truck. I looked at couple of different brands but had some specifications in 1/2 ton pickup that I wanted. I only stopped in to test drive a Dodge Charger and after spending just a few minutes with these associates at Miracle, I knew this was the place I wanted to do business. I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted at the payment I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. It is not high pressured sales and everyone is so laid back! I will be doing business with Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep for years to come! More
I purchased a 2010 Dodge Caliber July 3, 2010. This was my first new car purchase ever and I was extremely excited. Joey Martin was an awesome salesman. He worked hard to see to it that he did everything i my first new car purchase ever and I was extremely excited. Joey Martin was an awesome salesman. He worked hard to see to it that he did everything in his power to get us into the car we want at a price we could afford. The day of purchase everything was great. The service after the purchase is were it all went down hill. The car started making a noise in the front end in November 2010 and I mentioned it when having the car serviced. Nothing was done. I took it back in Feb. 2011 to be serviced again and asked them to check the noise. The reply was they could not duplicate the noise and sent me on my way. It was snowing very hard that day so I did not argue. When I returned in May for the next service visit, not only was the car making the noise in the front end but had started making a new noise. I left the car with them for the day and when I came back I was told again that they could not duplicate the noise. I was furious and told them to keep the car until they could. They did finally fix the orginal noise but not the new one. I returned with the car again in July and took someone with me to be sure they heard the noise. I was told that the noise was not pronounced enough and that I would have to wait until it became louder before anything could be done. I then went to Terry Gilmore who promised to "make things right". That he felt that Lisa Smelsner in the service department was not doing her job either. I returned with my husband to trade for another car to "make things right". Terry had us speak with Tim Galvin, who is the son of the owner of the dealership. He also promised to "make things right". I explained to him that we had already bought a car and they made money off that deal and that this was not a money making deal now and he agreed. We found a car of equal value and they wanted us to trade our car plus $5000. Needless to say nothing was "made right". I went to the next step call Dodge Coorperation. That was no help either. After 2 months of in and out of the dealership service department and them replacing most of the front end of the car, the car was still not fixed. I checked on the lemon law and because the dealership did not make any attempt to fix the car the first several times it was brought in the car did not qualify. Long story short, I took the car to Newton Nissan were Joey Martin now works and traded for a 2012 Nissan Altima. I have never been happier. More
