I had a horrible experience at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Franklin, TN. They pulled my credit and I was approved for a new car with 4% interest rate. The Financial Director was rude and disrespectful. He wanted me to add a co-signee to add more interest to my loan because my license was from out of state. After I said no to his suggestion, he refused to allow me to purchase a car. Kevin at Miracle was able to get me a new car and I was able to drive away with my car of choice. I had a wonderful time at Miracle - their customer service is absolutely exceptional. Kevin was able to address our needs in a timely fashion. It's a Miracle they are in business I'll start by saying Chris Clouse is a stand up guy in a room full of morons. He should move on to bigger and better things. Bert Curry is a grump tha I'll start by saying Chris Clouse is a stand up guy in a room full of morons. He should move on to bigger and better things. Bert Curry is a grump that only smiles for website photos and has the personality of a brick and is all around crummy human. He didn't just low ball me, he INSULTED me on my trade. Thousands below "poor trade value" on a good condition vehicle. He never even came over to introduce himself. Just paper back and forth proving his arrogance and crap personality. Miracle knowingly sold me a vehicle that can't hold more than 300 lbs in weight. I told the staff I was looking for a vehicle for work, and the used Hemi ram on the lot looked as though it filled my needs. The very first time I used the truck to haul a load for work, I was warned to "do something different" by my boss. This is because Miracle sold a truck with 3 out of 5 leaf springs missing on each side. Who the xxxx does that? All this after being fired from my job for not being able to follow through with commitments the 3rd day of ownership, On the 5th day I had the truck, the check engine light came on. When it rains, it pours right? Well, Miracle was kind enough to clear the code and tell me "it's due to the aftermarket exhaust" that came on the truck when purchased. On the way home, the light came on again. A Cashier at autozone diagnosed the problem as a bad Air/Idle valve. I found this out, only after the truck died in traffic on the interstate with no shoulder to pull off on. The valve was replaced at my expense and it's ran fine ever since. Last, 1 month after purchase the power steering went out. Which was another costly expense. If these guys would pony up and be honest they would have a return customer. Instead they got a nasty review, and I will never send business to Miracle. It's a Miracle they are in business. More
