Because we thought the interior package was exactly the same as the car I test drove, Miracle offered to split the cost of power lock and window installation - that is MORE than accommodating! AND Joe Jackson treated my fiancé and I to dinner by way of a gift card to our favorite restaurant for the "inconvenience." I will definitely be recommending this dealership to all my friends or to anyone I know who's in the market for a car! More
I had an appointment with Chris to look at trading my Ford Escape in on another vehicle. As soon as I walked in I was met with a friendly face and when I told them I had an appointment with Chris they im Ford Escape in on another vehicle. As soon as I walked in I was met with a friendly face and when I told them I had an appointment with Chris they immediately paged him and he came to me and apologized that he was with another customer(I was several hours early) and he did not want to keep me waiting and asked if it was ok if his associate helped me which it was. I told his associate what I was looking for in a vehicle and he immediately took me to the Dodge Journey which was exactly what I was looking for. We test drove and then started negotiations and they worked with me and my husband and was able to get a deal that suited our needs and finances well. Would recommend them to anyone who needed a new vehicle. More
We, initially, visited the dealership "just looking" to possibly help our son buy a car. Mr. Michael Moore was the salesman who assisted us. He was absolutely great-was not overbearing or pushy which we really appreciated. We ended up not only buying a new car for our son but also bought one for ourselves. It really was a fairly easy process and everyone was very nice. The only thing we were disappointed about was that we could not take advantage of the customer referral deal. Our son bought his car on Saturday and we returned on Monday to purchase our car and were told we couldn't take advantage of this incentive because we were "family." This is something we think "corporate" really needs to change. More

We drove over an hour to get to this dealership after getting the run around from our local dealership, that we had previously purchased a new vehicle from. When we arrived the staff was very friendly, already had the vehicles in question pulled out of the parking spots and ready for us to look over and test drive them. Kevin answered most of our questions and those he couldn't he went and asked and got the answers. Once we chose the truck we wanted, Thomas and Kevin were both very forward and upfront on the vehicle pricing. Once we settled on a price, it was a matter an hour or less to get the paperwork completed. We went to lunch and returned and the vehicle had been detailed and prepped for delivery. We will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle. More
