The reason only a 4 star rating is because the vehicle we went there to see was leaking coolant everywhere, and the breaks and rotors were going to need an immediate change. The rotors were very rough to the touch. If you don't know a lot about cars, even the simple things as described here you'll be spending a lot of money both at the dealership and after purchasing. They could do much better at full disclosure of a vehicles condition, showing concern and offering a solution to identified problems on the vehicle of your choice, and/or simply having their vehicles in much better condition before showing them. Someone will probably purchase that vehicle and will be very disappointed. More
