I have to say Brad my Salesman, Mark the Sales Manager, Chris the Finance Manger and Heather the Internet Manager did every thing possible to get me what I wanted and make my buying experience perfect. Steve Reynolds the service manager was just as good. During the process of getting my new Jeep lifted he was always sending me pictures and keeping in touch. I love driving my new Jeep and would recommend anybody needing excellent service or sales experiences to go to Miracle CDJR. Take it from me this experience couldnt have got any better. A bright spot in my day! I was out running errands and remembered I needed to make an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation at Miracle Chrysler Dodge. I drove into Miracle and Steve met me at the counter and asked how he could help. I told him what I needed and he said they could do it NOW and it would be about 30 minutes. I said great because I would need to wait for it anyway. In 20 minutes Steve came back to tell me my car was ready and I was good to go! Great customer service and I love this new program of "no need to make an appointment." Thank you Miracle Dodge for once again taking such great care of my Nitro and me as you always have. When we arrived the van didn't have all the must haves on our list. They sat down with us asked us about our needs and located a van that met all of our specifications. We were able to work out a price without all the normal "back and forth" and long waits that you typically get at a car dealer. The van was delivered in a timely fashion and we couldn't be happier. After so many horrible experiences, it was refreshing to be treated like a customer. More

I had a horrible experience at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Franklin, TN. They pulled my credit and I was approved for a new car with 4% interest rate. The Financial Director was rude and disrespectful. He wanted me to add a co-signee to add more interest to my loan because my license was from out of state. After I said no to his suggestion, he refused to allow me to purchase a car. Kevin at Miracle was able to get me a new car and I was able to drive away with my car of choice. I had a wonderful time at Miracle - their customer service is absolutely exceptional. Kevin was able to address our needs in a timely fashion.
