We just bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from here about 2 weeks ago. We had an amazing buying experience then with Patrick Sturm making us feel at home. We called him up two weeks later and bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500. Same exact buying experience the second time around again. We were taken care of wonderfully and he worked hard to get us the best deal he could get us. He told us he doesn't classify himself as a car salesman rather a mediator between the sales manger and the buyers to get the best deal to benefit everyone involved. I always hated going to a dealership because they try pressure you into a payment and price range that you are not comfortable with. So we decided to browse online and found a local dealership that had some options. After filling out an online pre-approval, we received a call within a few days from a Business Development Representative at Miracle Chrysler Dodge & Jeep. Marcy Miller worked with us and made sure that any questions we had were answered right away. She made the process of getting pre-approved almost effortless. From the time we first arrived, everyone was super courteous and helpful. Brad Billingsley & John Booker made us very comfortable and didn't pressure us into making any decisions we weren't comfortable with. You could really tell they wanted to take care of their customers. They explain all our options and answered any the questions we had. Within a couple days, we had a great deal worked out. I must say that we had an awesome experience. We will definitely be returning to Miracle Chrysler Dodge & Jeep for our next purchase. More

Purchase of 2011 Nissan Sentra. Last week I was browsing used cars online and come across this dealership and decided to get check it out. My daughter needed something reliable. His nature of kindness. helpfulness, and honesty is beyond what I had expected. I was always told to never trust a salesman. I'm independent, a little hard headed and can read a person very easily. He proved me wrong. While being there he gained my complete trust, which happens rarely. As we had all but given up Patrick did not stop until he found the right car that we could both agree on. Patrick made us feel a home and like we were part of the family. The test drive was extended like we have never had before. Most dealerships give you a 5 minute drive and then ask what you think. Patrick gave us a detailed test drive and explained everything you could think of about the car. I would recommend this dealership and Patrick as a salesman to anyone I know. More

Best Dealership Around!! I love this dealership! This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from Miracle! I knew that I wanted a Jeep. I got online to see what they had in stock. After I love this dealership! After finding it, I sent the link to myself through a text option they have on their website. I like that option! I called and spoke with Kevin Mears. He was very helpful on the phone. He ask if I wanted to come by? I told him I did, but I wasn't sure what time I would be there. He said no worries, he would see me when I get there. I showed up about an hour or so later. When I arrived he was at lunch. John Booker texted him and he rushed back, not getting to eat his Jimmy Johns sandwich. I only knew that after seeing it laying in his office. Sorry Kevin,I didn't mean to interrupt your lunch. :) My Hubby met me there. 1st thing Kevin did after introducing himself to us, was offer us bottled water,that was nice. He also got us a coke. It was really hot this past Friday! Kevin pulled up two different 2016 Jeep Patriots all blacked out per my request. Not long after that I was test driving it! Then Hubby test drove it. We both loved it! Kevin was never pushy or demanding. He was very helpful with all my questions.Trust me I had plenty lol He also brought Mike Woodruff in on some questions I had. Mike was very knowledgeable, laid back,calming and helpful too! Kevin explained everything to us. Hubby and I like to cut up and have fun! And we did that with Kevin! Kevin is a very pleasant, hard working, humorous guy!! He worked hard for us on this Jeep. I almost always get so nervous when purchasing a vehicle. My nature I guess. Hubby was ready to sign the papers way before me. I went outside to call my Son and send him a pic.I ask him his thoughts on it. He's had many vehicles and is mechanically inclined. After speaking with my Son, talking to Hubby and Kevin again, I was ready to sign the papers with Kyle. I drove away in my Brand Spanking New 2016 Jeep Patriot that evening, happy as can be!! I will always go to Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in the future, if I ever want to buy another vehicle! And I am already talking to my Sister about her and her Hubby coming to see Kevin! They have been looking and haven't found what they want. I told them they have gone to the wrong dealership. Kevin, I am almost positive they will show up soon. Keep up the good work!! Quite excellent, upgraded from a 2013 model, to a 2016 Friendly and courteous from the start. The salesman was very helpful and friendly, I was able to upgrade from my 2013 Ram, to a 2016 Dodge Ram.
