Excellent service! I have owned my 17 year old Dodge Ram 1500 for 14 years. It is the best vehicle that I have ever owned. So, after 225K, the rear end was make noises I have owned my 17 year old Dodge Ram 1500 for 14 years. It is the best vehicle that I have ever owned. So, after 225K, the rear end was make noises at low speeds. I never considered a trade, only a quality repair would do. Without hesitation I took her over to Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and placed her into the very capable hands of Bryan Roberts. Parts were no longer available for my old truck, so a low mileage rear end from a newer donor was found. My beloved Dodge Ram 1500 is now running and driving like new. Friendly service and first class repairs are what these folks are all about. More

After having such a positive outcome on my first purchase I thought I would follow this up with a second. My first purchase was so nice and different from the other dealers that I had visited before buying the first time I couldn't believe this was normal for them. Please know that I had in the past used Miracle's parts and service departments and had such a great outcome I figured I would try buying there. Well let me tell you the second purchase was as good if not better than my first. This dealership treated me with respect and they were professional through the whole process. I never during either time pressured to do anything. They laid out my options and they let me decide if this was a real good deal for me. I went in looking for a new color in the dodge line. Miracle had two of them sitting on their lot. I looked at both of them and neither car had the options that I was looking for. So my salesman Mike Woodruff started looking outside of their store. He found a few and tried for that "dealer swap" that every dealer talks about, but being a new color it was going to be a tough one to accomplish. A little dishearten I figured I wouldn't be getting a new car. Mike offered to sit down with me to order one, but I didn't want to do that, I wanted it now. This is where Bert Curry stepped to see if he could help. As I said, Miracle had two of these colored cars sitting on their lot. I was very skeptical that he could do anything to make me want to take home a car with the options missing that I wanted from either car. To my surprise and delight we were able to make a deal for one of the cars. Let me tell y'all that I never felt pressured to settle for any of the two cars sitting on their lot. It was all about the deal. Miracle also found great financing for me and I wasn't pressured to buy a extended warranty, though I was offered one. I need to tell you, if you are looking for a dealer who treats their customers with dignity and professionalism with that home town feeling, this is the dealer you've been looking for. Let me also tell you that this courtesy doesn't stop after the sale. Their service and parts department's are the best around these parts. Two weeks after my sale, Mike my salesman called me to see if I was enjoying my new car. How could I say anything but yes. More
