I recently was in an accident and totalled my car. I needed to get into something pretty quickly, but my credit lacks desirability. We arrived at the car lot and told Cody our situation and a little about what we would be interested in driving. Within and hour, not only did he have us in a car we love, it wasn't used! It was brand new and the payment was even cheaper than the payment I was previously making on an older car!!! I have sat at a car lot for 4-6 hours getting all the paperwork taken care of. These people are amazing! Listen to what the customer wants, VERY friendly, have great prices, and understand that we all live a busy life and won't keep you all day!! Along with the sale of the vehicle, a deal was made to have power locks and windows installed (since the model didn't come with it). After driving the car for a little under 90 days, I brought it back to the dealership to have everything installed. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, they were unable to install power locks and windows. This was extremely upsetting to me because the sale of the vehicle depended on this deal. However, Bert Curry was sure to make things right. He made things SO RIGHT that he replaced my car with an even newer car, and an upgraded package. Kevin Lee helped in expediting the sale and paperwork - making my experience even better. Although I worked closely with Bert and Kevin, the entire staff was friendly, engaging and a complete joy to be around. In the beginning I was willing to go out of my way to this dealership instead of the dealership closer to my house, and it was because of the numerous stellar reviews by customers. All I can say is that I am thrilled I made the decision to come to these guys - because they literally work miracles. More

I was on my way to another dealership, where I had purchased my last vehicle and decided to stop at Miracle to look at their Grand Cherokees. Between Michael and Bert Curry, we came to deal both parties agreed to. As they were doing the paper work, I wrote out my check to Miracle for the agreed amount, when Mr. Curry came in and said he had got the amount a little lower. I have never had a dealer come back and lower their price after we shook hands on a trade. Miracle says, that they what you to be part of their family and they mean it. While waiting for the vehicle to be cleaned, Michael took me around to meet the managers of the different departments, I never had any other salesman take the time to do it. I would recommend Miracle Chrysler, Bert Curry and Michael Moore to my family and friends for new or used vehicles.
