I had my 2013 Dodge Ram in for a oil service and when I picked it up I asked if they can show me how to stop the radio from playing for 45 seconds after the key is off and the doors are shut. The service tech showed me how to do it and I showed him that it would not stay and would reset back to factory setting of 45 seconds. The service tech told me he would send an email to Chrysler to see if they know what is wrong. It has been over a week and never heard anything. Today I had my wife's van oil changed and again ask if they heard anything on my truck the service lady said she has not and went to get the service tech but he supposedly went to lunch. She told me she would call me today with an answer whether they heard anything from Chrysler or not but it is after 9pm and not heard anything. You would figure a 2013 Dodge Ram would not be too hard to get an answer on a maintenance problem or would like to find out the problem in case any other new truck is having the same problem. Right now I am very disappointed with Dodge Ram and Miracle Car Dealer on my situation which all they had to do is keep communication with me but when you go weeks and hear nothing makes you feel like they don't care about your problem.. Finally received call from dealership and was told how to fix the problem and it worked so far. I am now satisfied with there service just wish they would communicate better. A phone call every couple of days or email saying they haven't heard from Chrysler would have been good then I would have felt like they were working on the problem instead of me asking all the time. Again this is a Nice friendly dealership and would recommend them because they will fix whatever problem you have. More

Chris was friendly, helpful and did everything he could to give us a good deal. When we called to accept the deal, he worked quickly to be sure we would not have to wait for our new vehicle to be ready an to give us a good deal. After a week of research online, and talking with Terri Appleton and Mike Woodruff, my wife and I made the drive from Clarksville, TN to Gallatin, TN in order to get the USAA pricing. At the end of April, I was in a vehicle accident which totaled out the Acura that I owned and loved I had a great experience at Miracle Chrysler. As a result, I was forced into the car market, shopping for a new vehicle, not something I had planned to do. I have always wanted a Jeep Wrangler and am a big fan of the 4-door JK's. I was torn between buying a brand new vehicle and a used vehicle, particularly a Jeep, for obvious reasons. Internet shopping brought me across a really nice, hardly used 2012 4-door Wrangler at Miracle. This Jeep already had most of the aftermarket modifications I was planning to spend a lot of money and time doing myself once I had purchased whichever Jeep I would eventually decide on. I called the dealership, spoke to Kevin and we scheduled a test drive. Working in sales myself, I truly appreciate working with someone that can admit when they don't have all the answers and are not afraid to engage other team members and resources to find those answers. Kevin did just that. Although very helpful, Kevin introduced me to Andrew, a Jeep owner and associate of Kevin's. Between the three of us we literally kicked the tires for a few hours, talked about Jeeps and I was able to find an answer for most of my questions. Keep in mind I have been researching Jeeps for a very long time (Since long before my accident), and although I didn't know many things about this particular Jeep, I knew most of what I needed to know walking onto the lot this day about Jeep vehicles in general. The test drive went great and ultimately led to us sitting down and negotiating the price that same evening. After some back and forth, Kevin, Andrew and their manager Bert were willing to meet the price I walked in the door expecting to pay and we struck a deal. Chris, in finance, offered great terms if I wanted to finance through their dealership. I am a saver and had plenty of on hand cash to which I paid outright for 60% of the vehicle and financed the remainder. Walking onto the lot I had already secured a fantastic rate for the amount I was planning to finance, and somehow Chris managed to come in with an even lower rate. Despite Chris's great effort, at the last minute a third party came in almost 1% lower and I choose the third party. I live in midtown Nashville and so Miracle is a good 30 minute drive north of town, not a place I can just pop into when I have concerns. Since selling me the Jeep, I have had several questions about this and that, to which Kevin has been very prompt at finding answers and getting back to me via both email and phone.
