The sales experience was great. It was fairly fast and painless as buying a car goes. Matt was great. Bought a few accessories, executing the order of getting the bedliner done w It was fairly fast and painless as buying a car goes. Matt was great. Bought a few accessories, executing the order of getting the bedliner done was not painless. I had to come on two different occasions. An actual appt with an actual time was never set up. It was left to me to show and wait for someone to arrive. The day it was done, no one at the Ford dealership was notified. but Jessica the service person at Ford went above and beyond. She called the accessory person, called the actual person doing the bedliner, made sure my time line was met, kept me notified during the process several times during the wait. And then walked me out to my waiting vehicle with a completed bedliner. She was amazing. Then oddly enough someone called me the next day to schedule my bedliner to be done. I stated it was already done but was waiting on two more accessories that were on order. Was told the accessory person would check on that and call me with a status. He did not. I called parts at the Ram dealer myself, and picked up my order later that day. Overall I’m happy with my purchase not so much with getting everything completed. More
