Rich was most helpful, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and above all low pressure. Two vehicles were provided by Rich to test drive - one of which we purchased. We were offered a good trade-in allowance in addition to generous rebates. The vehicle was prepped nicely. Rich has also been a good resource for questions about the vehicle after delivery. Mark Gibson was very good in having all the purchase paperwork organized and ready to sign for a quick and easy purchase. No pressure was put on me to purchase extras.
