Easy to close the sale and make arrangements After having every Honda Fit bought out from under me from every dealership in a 500 mile radius, I contacted Galeana Chrysler Jeep Kia as soon as the After having every Honda Fit bought out from under me from every dealership in a 500 mile radius, I contacted Galeana Chrysler Jeep Kia as soon as their listing popped up on Cargurus. They had just gotten the vehicle in that Friday, and they let me come to look at the vehicle Monday morning, even though it had not yet undergone inspection or cleaning (they let me look at the vehicle early, and that's probably the only reason why I was able to purchase it before someone else did). Kayla worked with us to set up the meeting, was patient with me as I did my inspection, and listened to my concerns when I noticed one of the window motors was not working. We were able to negotiate with them on the price, but we did not haggle down much because they had the vehicle priced reasonably within the KBB range for that vehicle. Kayla was attentive to and honored our deal in the days that followed; they accepted our down payment that day. While we waited for the inspection to finish, Kayla set me up with a vehicle to drive until the repairs (window motor) were completed. I was not expecting this, but I can't relay how much the gesture meant. One of us was able to go up to the dealership and sign the papers before the car was ready, and Kayla notified me when I could come pick up the car. Due to my schedule, I wasn't able to get there until right before closing. She arranged for me to meet with Cliff Lewis, who was kind and helpful, and made it so simple! I was able to just trade keys with him and I was off! I would definitely recommend this dealership, their staff, and I might consider going to them for mechanical work in the future. More

Martin brought out an umbrella to keep the sun off my wife and daughter. (Something I didn’t think of.) We worked with Martin and some other Sales Staff to order a van with the options that we wanted. It was shipped down from North Carolina. When we came back to sign for the van, Martin had brought in colors and paper for my son to color on while we were signing papers. It helped to keep the process moving. I really appreciate how Martin kept all of my family in mind during our encounters there.
