Everything in the process was perfect until the date of pick up and beyond…The reason mainly is their finance person, Chris. He does not communicate, does not return calls and leaves you in limbo. My payment is due in the 18th and I still have not received the supposed flash drive that contains all the paperwork. I have no idea where to send the payment. The GM SATS HE CARES AND UNDERSTANDS and would get back to me with details. Yep, you guessed it, crickets chirping. I have never been so disappointed in a dealership as I am in Gainesville GMC. Hopefully you find a dealership that truly cares. I am not feeling it from them. More

At the end of our negotiations, I requested to remove to aftermarket warranties for over five thousand dollars. All the sales people that I dealt with were remarkable. I just fee that I was hustled a bit by the financial rep. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with the service that I received. Chevy seemed high on price for their diagnose and recommend that we take it to GMC. If I could go back, I would go back to Chevy in that I received. Chevy seemed high on price for their diagnose and recommend that we take it to GMC. If I could go back, I would go back to Chevy in a heartbeat and pay the more money. Goes back to you get what you pay for. They did a diagnose for around 200 and a video that was about 2 minutes long telling everything that was wrong. The went to fix the first thing and wanted another 570 for two hours to take the starter off and continued with another two separate diagnosed fees. These things were mentioned in the video from the initial diagnosed so I was misled on why I was being ripped off. I’m posting bill and work as well with this review. I’m a single mother with two children and have to work two and a half weeks to pay this bill and yet my car still isn’t fixed. Ask questions and watch out. More
