I made an appointment and was advised it would take 30 minutes. Over 2 1/2 hours later I was out of there. 3 days to diagnose which took 7 days to find an issue since they do work on weekends, felt like we troubled CSR when checking in vehicle. Had coverage for rental once diagnosed but couldn’t use it while since they do work on weekends, felt like we troubled CSR when checking in vehicle.
