I dropped off my car at 7:40 for an appointment at 8:00am. I called at 9:30 to see if they had a labor estimate to replace a bulb and install a thermostat. I was told they had been busy with other calls and would get to my car shortly. I called at 13:48 and they were checking to see how much work is involved and I would receive a call later. I decided to go and wait. I got there at 1:15 and they were still deciding on the lost. I explained I had a meeting at 2:30 and would need to leave by 2:15. When I checked at 2:30, they were working on the car and checking on how best to replace one of the items. I had a vision of them googling to research. That made me laugh thru my frustration. I received a quote for more than $1300. I felt as if I was held hostage. I had to reschedule my meeting for 3:00pm. At 2:55, I was told they were still working on it. I told Scott, I wanted to go a head and pay so I can get out of there quickly. I did not get my car until 3:15. This lead me to believe that they did not get to my car timely; Nor did they have the expertise to fix the car timely. This cost me time and money in labor. More

I wrote to the general manager and service manager at the Gainesville dealership as well as the CEO of Stellantis. Sadly, not one of them reached out to me. I guess that is the pathetic state of corporate management today! I have purchased 17 Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram vehicles over the last 30 years, mostly through the local dealership. You have seen the last of my business! More
