Second time bringing my Jeep in for oil change and warranty work. Been told both times that they won't get to warranty work and need to bring it back in 3 to 4 weeks but keep in mind we probably won't warranty work. It seems to always be a argument to get anything done. Also the female service writer was talking loudly about customer for all to hear. I am beyond blown away at the rudeness. More

If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, then Gainesville Dodge is the place for you! My wife made a 0800 appt for basic general maintenance: tire rotation and points inspection. We arrived prior to our appointed time and we’re about the 6-7 customer “in line”. We soon discovered that the “appointment” meant the same as if we just showed up on the door step. We were told we’d be done in 1.5 hours, which seemed like a long time for basic service, but we took in stride. While observing the overall snails’ pace of service, our vehicle sat in the parking lot where we originally parked until 11:15. At last, our vehicle’s “appt” was finally honored and it was taken into the service bay. At roughly 11:45, we were released from our guest lobby incarceration and were on our way. My wife and I are generally patient and understanding people, but we also know when our time is being wasted/not valued. We will never donate our time to Gainesville dodge ever again. The only positive aspect of our experience was the service department staff members we interacted with were polite and professional. We were also told that the vehicle needed a new alternate battery (to control the start stop) and quoted almost $300 for this- the Mopar website charges $120 for this battery, the quote for the battery without the installation was $210- $100 more through the dealership plus the charge to install it- anyone who does any research will stay away from this dealership. More
I do not recommend this service department. No one called back called the next day. And was told by Logan he haven’t even diagnosed it yet. So Wednesday 3/2/21 I went and picked it up. Get in my truck to find someone had stolen my husbands rayban sunglasses. The people at the service desk threw the paperwork on the desk and were rude. No customer at all. Will never go back. More

I made an appointment two weeks ago with a full description of the problem I was having. So they should have known I was coming. They should have know what to look at. So I dropped my Jeep off at 7:30 am right when my appointment was scheduled. All through the day no word from them. So I had a coworker drop me off at the dealership around 4:00. When I finally got to speak to the service advisor he informed me that they had not even pulled my Jeep into a service bay. "But it is next in line and we will see what we have to do." They had it for 8 hours and had not even pulled into the bay yet. SO much for making an appointment. Whoever does their scheduling should be fired immediately. And not even a "sorry for the delay". I just help my temper and told them to bring me my Jeep. Now. So their inept handling of my service call has cost them a customer. I will never, ever venture onto their property again. And neither should you. More

Terrible service especially to UF students! My daughter is a student at UF, this is the closest dealership...the rain is getting into compartment some how and soaking area by driver’s feet. Wrangler is in parking garage, windows top and doors all securely in place. There is mold now growing and this dealership won’t see car for a week and a half. It will be a total loss by then!
